This document is a quotation from Ensura Building Services to waterproof particleboard flooring underneath bathroom and ensuite vanity units in Unit 57 of Brentford Outlook Courts. Original Scope Of Work:

6-1 Unit 57 - Upstairs Bathroom (2.6m x 1.8m) (5.00 Square Meter)


6-1-1 Supply and install new waterproofing membrane to particleboard floor $312.50
underneath vanity unit, in accordance with Australian Standards
AS3740.

6-2 Unit 57 - Upstairs Ensuite (2.1m x 2.3m) (5.00 Square Meter)


6-2-1 Supply and install new waterproofing membrane to particleboard floor $312.50
underneath vanity unit, in accordance with Australian Standards
AS3740.

Please Note:

During the removal of the damaged upstairs bathroom and ensuite vanity units we noted the
particleboard sub flooring has not been waterproofed. It appears the original building contractor has
installed the vanities and then waterproofed, bedded and tiled up to the vanity units.

We also noted there is no compressed sheeting floor tile underlay and the waterproofing has been
applied to the particleboard, which is not recommended.

We have quoted to waterproof the particleboard subfloor underneath the vanity units but we are
unable to provide Form 16 warranty as the waterproofing and tiling has been completed by others.

This quotation stands for thirty (30) days only.
