Description:

With a view to take the benefits of Information Technology to the common man, as a part of its e-
Governance initiative, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, India embarked on a unique IT Project
that seeks to redefine Public Service – e-Seva (Integrated Citizen Services). It is an IT project that is
focused on the common man. The objective of e-Seva is "To Provide selected services and
information of departments and agencies of State and Central Governments in an efficient, reliable,
transparent and integrated manner on a sustained basis through an easy access to a chain of
computerized Integrated Citizen Service Centres (ICSC’s) to the citizens of Hyderabad and
Secunderabad.” The e-Seva project renders one-stop services to the public eventually through
multiple delivery channels like ICSCs, Internet and ATM. To provide e-Seva Services in Twin Cities
and in Rangareddy districts on a BOOT basis (Build Own Operate and Transfer), the Project is given
to RAM Informatics Limited and CMS Limited. RAM Informatics designed and developed e-Seva
Services software using internet/intranet technologies.

RAM Informatics Limited has already replicated eSeva application software Services throughout the
state of Andhra Pradesh.

Description:

Andhra Pradesh Government has initiated integration of information systems from more than one
department of the government. Departmental systems are disparate in nature i.e., multiple and
haphazard network formation. Unifie-X eliminates this and provides a centralized network access.
Unifie-X is a common gateway for all the service seekers and service providers. Unifie-X sets the
standards towards alleviating the interoperability and integration difficulties. Legacy applications are
connected to Unifie-X using the connectors. Connector is a software mechanism which enables
communication using IIP/IIS protocol specifications.
