Objectives: Before the classroom session, the level 3 students will be able to:
1. Identify common external and internal problems of the eyes.
2. Explain the pathophysiology of a specific eye problem.
3. Describe common diagnostic tests on specific eye problems.
4. Enumerate the protection and care for the eyes.

2. Read chapter 49: Introductory medical Surgical Nursing – 8 th ed. 2005 (Timby and

2. Apply the nursing process related to eye care.
3. Categorize eye protection and care of client with eye disorder/s (external &internal).
4. Design nursing intervention for a client with specific eye disorder.

5. Explain the different pharmacological management related to nasal disorders.
