What's the first thing you think of when I mention South Korea?
My name is Violeta and today I will talk about kpop

But, what is kpop?


The kpop also known as Korean pop is a style of music which is
"original" from South Korea and has as peculiarity that it’s made up
by different types of music, this although it is composed for great
diversity of genres like: pop, hip hop, EDM, rock or R&B. This term is
most often applied to the music industry characterized by
introducing genres of music and styles from the west.

Could you guess what was the first kpop group?


“Seo Taiji & Boys” was created in the early 90's, thanks to
the different experiments they carried out with music
styles, established a reform in what was the music of that
country. integrating a wide variety of musical genres from
foreign countries became very common, carried out by lots
of K-pop artists.
Every Kpop idol had to go through a training period along with
many trainees, but how does it work? What do they teach them?
How long does it last? Does this preparation assure you of success?
First, who are the trainees?
The trainees are young people who belong to an entertainment
agency and are in the process of becoming a group or soloist and
making their debut in the Korean pop industry.

And how does someone get prepared to be a Kpop idol?


To become a trainee, you have to go through the audition process,
regardless of whether the person went directly to the agency to
audition or was invited after being seen on the street. Due to this,
the guys who are already part of the company and are in the
process of training They have certain skills in singing, dancing, or
rap. This is why during training time it seeks to refine the qualities
they already possess and teach them everything they need to be a
Kpop idol.

Does it take too much to go from trainee to Kpop idol?


The waiting time to debut varies according to the progress of each
person and the agency's intentions to launch a group. However, the
debut is never assured.

You may be wondering: how much does an idol earn after debut?
Although the world of K-pop shows us the best face of idols
through the comebacks and shows they participate in, the earnings
of the artists could be very different. It should be noted that the
story of each idol is different and there are many factors that
influence this.
After a K-pop group releases their first song or record material,
promotions start, but do they start charging after that? Actually,
the money that the company invested in your group during your
time as trainees will have to be paid after your debut, so your first
earnings will be used to offset the cost of your training,
accommodation, meals, language lessons and many more other
similar activities.
