Business needs
The reason behind building M. Abarra Inventory Management System is to accurately track their stock
and control it. The system will be a cloud-based inventory software. The Inventory Management System
will help the business track their goods quantity. It will gather up useful data and metrics which can then
be displayed on a dashboard for consumption by employees and the inventory clerk. The inventory clerk
can also use this data to forecast future demand and make purchasing decisions based on previous
demand information.

The system features are full product list, product categories, product photos, serial numbers, product
price, supplier list, product purchasing, dashboard and report. The dashboard will give a quick insight to
the data and inventory. M. Abarra can see easily see which products are going out of stock and what is in
abundance. The inventory clerk or any person in-charge can also add new product if there is any. The
system can also generate a report of the inventory summary and purchase order summary. The system
also allow them to purchase stock to their vendors.

The system will help M. Abarra to reduced the risk of human error. It will also allow them to view their
data in a few clicks, this will help the inventory clerk make more informed decisions as well as avoid
overselling and stockout. Moreover, the system will shorten the list of day-to-day tasks an employee
should perform. Secondly, the integration of new employees into the working process becomes faster. all
these things have a positive impact on overall staff productivity.
For its real-time updates on products in stock , M. Abarra can maintain a smooth and continuous flow of
goods from them to their customer. Besides being beneficial for the business operations, improved
delivery performance will also help them achieve higher customer satisfaction.

With the introduction of M. Abarra Inventory Management System, the business has the opportunity to
grow. In addition, they can expand their services and probably expand their area of service outside the
province. M. Abarra can be highly dependent on the system resulting to fewer employees and less cost.
All this will lead to M. Abarra profit increase.
