Volcanic eruptions are events that occur as a

result of magma deposits in the bowels of the
earth being pushed out by high-pressure gas.
3 stages in the process
of volcanic eruptions :

1. Magma Deposits in the Earth’s Stomach

In the process of volcanic eruptions usually begins with the presence of magma
deposits in the bowels of the earth or in the earth’s core which is very deep in the soil layer.
This magma is molten rock that is in the bowels of the earth.
They are formed due to the heat in the interior of the earth.

2. Presence of High Pressure Gas

The process of volcanic eruptions also cannot be separated from the presence
of high-pressure gas in the bowels of the earth. The heat inside the earth is able
to melt the rocks that make up the earth’s layers.
When these rocks melt it will produce gas which will then mix with magma.
This magma will then form at a depth of 60 to 160 km below the earth’s surface.

3. High Pressure Gas Driven Magma

The process of volcanic eruption is due to magma that has been pushed
by high-pressure gas. Magma containing this gas will then be pushed little
by little to the earth’s surface.
