ACTIVITY WORK NO.

1
SDG Contributions

Name of student: Desarey Dela Cruz Crs/Yr/Sec: BSN-2C

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Choose 5 out of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals that has a great impact on
you.
- The five Sustainable Development Goals that have the most influence on me are
#3: Good Health and Well-being, #4: Quality Education, #5: Gender Equality,
#13: Climate Action, and #16: Peace and Justice Strong Institutions. Good health
and well-being imply that the healthcare system be adequately funded and
accessible to everybody. Everyone should have access to high-quality healthcare
without having to pay excessive fees.
- The next priority is excellent education, which implies that all children must study
in school. Lack of education will be eradicated as an outcome. All persons will be
internationally competitive from the moment they graduate. One other SDG that I
particularly favor is gender equality. This aim promotes sexual orientations to
take ownership of their bodies and be proud of how they express themselves.
- Furthermore, it advocates for equal rights regardless of gender. Of course, I
support climate action as well. I believe that sustainable consumption habits,
particularly in high-income nations, must be emphasized.
- Climate action will not only rescue people from natural catastrophes but will also
ensure an environmentally healthy future.
- Finally, there has been justice, peace, and a powerful institution. It only means
that the community we live in is peaceful, inclusive, and fair in all aspects. It
implies that no one is tormented only because of a lack of power imposed by
society's orders. Ultimately fulfilled, those SDGs will guarantee a progressive
civilization.
2. List down simple ways or actions on how you can personally contribute to chosen
SDGs as a student, as a future health care provider, and as a citizen. (15 pts)
