Manual UDX75
Overview
The CSX75 Series from Aritech represents a new approach to security systems design.
The CSX75 is one of the most flexible, durable, and user-friendly control ever seen in
our industry. One feature is this sophisticated software which allows remote
programming of the controls from Windows 95/98/NT PCs. This software package
allows you to remotely change any part of the programming on the control and its
modules. It also allows full control of the operation and status through the remote
keypad view.
Contact Information
Updates for this program are available by calling your local Aritech Office. You can find
on overview of all the Aritech Offices on the Aritech Website: www.aritech.com.

change operators or eliminate one or both of these sign in screens. After the sign-in
screens you will be at this main program screen:
This is the master control screen of the program. All customer records are accessed
through the customer view and all other functions can be accessed through the menu
selections and the tool bar.
Customers
Keeping Track
Information about your customers can be stored in the download software's database.
This screen will be shown when the program is started. If you close the screen you can
access it from the menu with the View/Customers/Single Customer selection or the
Ctrl-C hot key or the button on the toolbar.
Customer Name, Address, etc.
- These items are pretty self-explanatory. Enter the information that you want to keep
for each of your customers.
-6-
Account Number:
- Must be unique. No duplicates. It need not be the reporting account number stored in
the panel.
Panel Type:
- Select the type of control you will be calling from the list provided.
Go to:
- Use the Goto buttons to search for a customer by last name, account number or
one of the two phone numbers. Type in what you want to look for then click the
Goto button. If the information that you type is before the end of the accounts the
Goto will switch to the account equal to or after what you type. For example,
your first account is 2222 and you type 1 into the account location and click
Goto. The screen will switch to account 2222. If the information is after all the
records that are stored you will be told that the record could not be located. For
example, your last account is 8765 and you type 9876 into the account location
and click Goto.
- You will get a message with a screen like this:
The Goto button will also have the affect of sorting the accounts by the field next to the
button clicked. Clicking the Goto button after the last name field will sort the accounts
by last name.
First Account:
- Go to the first account that is stored in the database.
Delete:
- Remove the account you are viewing from the database. You will be asked to verify
that you want this customer account deleted with a screen like this:
Save changes:
- Store the information that you are viewing in the database. This is used for several
things. When you want to enter a new account, type in the information that is needed
and click Save Changes. The data will be saved. If you started with the default (blank)
screen a control will be added with a default worksheet. If you started with another
account you will get this screen:
-7-
Default or "clone" data message.
If you click Yes you will get the default control data. Clicking No will "clone" the existing
worksheet for the account you started with, allowing you to save time with the
programming that will be the same for all your accounts like the reporting phone
numbers and many of the general settings for the control.
If you make a change to the information and do not click on the Save Changes button
when you leave that account you will be asked if you want to save, like this:
If you click No all changes are erased. If you click Yes then the account is saved and
you will be asked about using the default control data or cloning the existing data as if
you had clicked the Save Changes button. If you did not change the account number
you will also be asked whether you really wanted to edit the current account like this:
Click Yes if you want to make the changes the same account number. Click No if you
intended to create a new account and forgot to change the actual account number The
change is not saved but the changes are still shown on the screen. If you click Cancel
the change is not saved and the record is reloaded so the changes are no longer
shown on the screen.
Last Account:
- Go to the last account that is stored in the database.
Checking up
To view a scrollable list of your customers, select View/Customers/List from the menu
or the Ctrl-L hot key or click the button on the toolbar.
You will see a screen like this:
-8-

things. When you want to enter a new account, type in the information that is needed
and click Save Changes. The data will be saved. If you started with the default (blank)
screen a control will be added with a default worksheet. If you started with another
account you will get this screen:
If you click Yes you will get the default control data. Clicking No will "clone" the existing
worksheet for the account you started with, allowing you to save time with the
programming that will be the same for all your accounts like the reporting phone
numbers and many of the general settings for the control.
If you make a change to the information and do not click on the Save Changes button
when you leave that account you will be asked if you want to save, like this:
-9-
If you click No all changes are erased.
Delete Customer:
Remove the account you have selected from the database. You will be asked to verify
that you want this customer account deleted with a screen like this:
Sorting:
- One other feature of this screen is the ability to sort the list. If you click on a column
heading AND the column is one of the four with a Goto button, the list will re-sort in the
order of the column. Just for reference the 4 were Last Name, Account Number,
Contact Phone and Panel Phone.
Menu Help
Program
Next Operator
The Program selection from the main menu shows you (if enabled) the Next operator
function, or Ctrl-Backspace (hot key), to allow you to log in another program user. This
takes you back to the beginning of the program. You can get help at Running the
Program.
- 10 -
Setup menu
Change Password
The Change password function is for changing your log in password and the screen
looks like this:
Setup
1 Program Setup
The way the program operates is determined by Program Setup which can be
accessed by the Program/Setup/Program Setup menu selection or the Ctrl-S hot key.
The Screen has the following settings:
- 11 -
Require master access will allow you to remove one of the sign in screens from the
start of the program. The Require password setting will allow you to bypass both of
the sign in screens. The third setting, Log Program Activity allows you to tell the
program to keep a log of who uses the program and what controls they call while they
are using it. The fourth selection, Backup account number as accessed, is normally
enabled to copy the data for individual account as you work on them. This gives you an
Undo capability. The Backup database when exiting drop down on the next line lets
you select when you want the database files backed up. They can be backed up every
time you exit, the copy can be turned off or it can be set to ask you whether you want to
back up when you exit the program. The next line about Printer is dot matrix (removes
shading from printout) makes the hard copy readable since the shading on a dot matrix
tends to black out the text. The DL900 Database setting allows you to pick the
database file that you want to access. The final setting. Path for automatic database
backup, allows you to pick the path for a backup copy of the database. This setting
must be different than the previous DL900 database path.
2 Add/Change Operators
If you want to keep track of who uses your program and which controls they work with
you will need to set them up in Add/Change Operators. You may access this screen
with the Program/Setup/Add/Change Operators menu selection or the Ctrl-O (hot
key).
You will also need to have kept the Require Password selection in the Program
Setup. If you are managing several people who will be using this program you may
restrict their access to certain areas of the program.
- 12 -
3 Modem Setup
The settings for your modem need to be setup in the modem setup screen. You may
access these settings through the Program/Setup/Modem Setup menu selection or
the Ctrl-M (hot key).
You must select your installed modem from the drop down box on the Connect Using
line AND you must select your modem from the database by scrolling through the
modems in the list that is included. We suggest you select the strings first because
changing the database resets the modem selection on the first line. If you can not find
your model in the database listing you must select or enter the initialization strings that
are necessary for your model. We suggest you start with initialization string 2 set to
S7=255S10=255X0&Q0&K0S37=3N0 or
S7=255S10=255X0+MS=64, 0,300,300 or
S7=255S10=255X0+MS=B103.
The Save Changes button will ask if you want to edit the current modem or add a new
modem to the database. You will see:
Yes will add another entry into the modem database. No will make the changes to the
current entry and Cancel will return to the modem setup screen and reload the record
so any changes will be lost.
- 13 -
Delete will try to remove the modem record from the database and show you the
confirmation screen
Yes will remove the modem from the list and No will return to the setup screen without
a change.
OK will save any changes you have made to the current account and exit the screen
without asking about creating a new modem listing. It acts like you clicked Save
Changes then No. Cancel closes out of the screen without any changes. The First and
Last buttons move to the first and last entries in the modem database.
4 Auto Callback
When your controls are setup to call you back automatically at predetermined times this
screen will determine what will be done when a control calls.
These will be the global settings for all accounts except the ones that you override
while accessing an individual account. The first selection determines which account
number the program will check when there is an incoming call. The normal un-checked
state will match the account number in the worksheet programming with the account
number in the control. Checking this box will make it act like the DOS version of the
program where the account number on the customer information screen had to match
the account number in the control.
All the other selections determine what functions will be performed when a control calls
into the computer.
5 Download Options
These tell the program what to include when you click for a Read All from the control or
Write All to the control. Only those that are enrolled with the control will be attempted
even if it is checked here.
- 14 -
Download options screen
6 Copy options
As you work with an account you will want to copy or "clone" the data from one account
to another. The Copy Options allows you to specify what data will be copied in this
process as you create a new account.
7 AMD Setup
The timing for the two call answer machine defeat can be changed here.
The process is fully automated in this version. The first line controls the time to allow
the first ring to reach the control and the second line sets the time between calls.
- 15 -
Print Preview/Print
1 Event Log
The event log is a list of the events that have been read out of controls. You may
customize your report with the following settings
The report can be limited by a date range. If a date range is not selected then all events
ever read from the control and stored for the selected account are viewed. The report
can be limited to openings/closings only. Also, any account can be viewed, not just the
account currently accessed.
If you are working from the Print Preview menu then you will be presented with a
screen view of the report:
- 16 -
Event log report screen
This report can then be printed by clicking the print button. If you are working from the
Print menu then the report is sent to the printer directly.
2 Customer List
The customer list is a simple list of all the customers you have entered into the
database. Four varieties of this report are available and can be selected from the option
screen:
The operator list provides a list of all the users of the download program. There is one
option for the list of program users.
The listing for the programming worksheet provides a printout of the data programmed
into the control panel. The options for this report allow you to select how much of the
entire record you want printed.
- 18 -
The Print preview will display the report, Print will send it directly to the printer.
5 Program Log
These are the options for listing the activity in the program
Exit
Quit the program.
View
The View menu controls several aspects of the program. The top two selections allow
you to turn off the toolbar and the status bar. These will change the appearance of your
main program screen slightly.
1 Toolbar
Allows you the option to display the toolbar buttons for quick access to selected
functions.
2 Status bar
Allow you the option to display the status bar along the button of the program window.
3 Customers
- Single Customer:
Opens the window for a single customer. See Keeping Track.
- List:

- Notes:
The customer notes are also available from the Ctrl-N (hot key). You will have access
to the edit box for the notes about that customer.
- 20 -
4 Control Panel
This selection brings up the main CSX worksheet screen. The F9 function key will
select this as well as the on the toolbar. This is where the most commonly changed
portions of the programming for the control can be viewed and changed. See the main
section on Control Panel for help on using this screen.
5 Keypad Status
When you are connected on line with a control this will bring up the screen to view the
current state of the control. Initially, you will get a small status screen while the data is
collected from the control.
Back up
The backup menu gives you access to information that was stored when you accessed
the control panel data for an account. This is to provide undo functions and allow
comparisons. Database backup is accomplished through the Tools menu selections.
Scrolling through customer listings does not change the backup data, but clicking on
any of the screens for the control or its modules creates a backup of the data for that
screen. This backup data can be used to compare data between the computer and the
control or it allows you to undo changes. The data for a particular screen module is
backed up when you open it to view or change the data. After this you can restore the
backup to undo changes or you can open the backup version of the screen to compare
what you have to what you started with.
3 Restore Backup
This menu selection will copy the backup data back to the working copy of the control
or module screen. It will undo change made since the backup was made.
Download
1 Connect
This menu selection will call the control that is selected. The F10 function key will also
connect as will clicking the button.
3 Disconnect

Load all programming information from the computer into the control. This is also
available with the F12 function key or the button.
6 Event Log
This menu selection shows three actions relating to the event logs kept by the controls.
Allows you read the entire event log. This takes a bit of time then stores all events on
your hard disk and shows a list of all events. It will look something like this:
- Read 10 events
Allows you to read the most recent 10 log entries and displays them. This screen will
look like the one above.
7 Device list
- Enroll devices:
Enroll devices will tell the control to register all of its modules.
- 23 -
- Update list:
Asks the control to report what modules are already enrolled.
8 Callback
- Answer now:
Answer now will pick up the phone if you have a control calling into the computer.
9 Auto-answer
This will place the control in the mode of operation that will answer the phone as each
control calls in for updated information or programming.
10 Diagnostics
This is a screen allowing you to view the raw modem transmissions to and from the
controls. Not normally used, but tech support may ask you questions about what is
shown on this screen.

User Code screen
Arm/Disarm Codes – The CS575 can have 99 four-digit codes or 66 six-digit codes to
arm/disarm the control. All codes must have the same number of digits. The factory
default for User #1 is depending on the country code 1278 when using a 4-digit code,
or 127800 for a 6-digit code.
Bypass codes – If the code is programmed as a Bypass code, this user can bypass
zones.
Open/Close Reports – If this option is selected, opening and closings by these users
will be reported to the central station.
Arm only – If a code is programmed as an Arm Only code, this code can only arm the
system and can not disarm the system. This can be used for example cleaning ladies.
Arm only after close windows – If a code is programmed to be an Arm only after
close windows, the code can only arm the system after the closing time.
Master code – If a code is a programmed to be a master code, this specific user can
create/delete and maintain other codes in the system.
Partition Authority – In this section, you can configure for every code to which
partition this specific code will have access.
- 25 -
User Code Activate Output screen
Activate Outputs – If the code is defined as a code to activate outputs, the dialog box
will change, and you can specify which outputs will be triggered when this specific code
is entered. The other dialog box can be seen above
Part from the normal codes, with numbers of 2 digits, there are two special user codes:
the Duress and the Program Code.
Duress Code – If a duress code is programmed the CS575 will send a duress signal
when the panel is armed or disarmed with this code. This code is selected just above
the bottom of the User number selector. If open/close reports are sent, the user code
will be 254.
Program Code – The factory default for the "Go To Program" code is 1278 when using
a 4-digit code or, if the 6-digit option is used, the default is 127800. This code is again
depending on the select country code. This code is selected at the bottom of the User
number selector. The program code can also be used as an Arm/Disarm code. If used
as an Arm/Disarm code, and open/close reports are sent, the user code will be 255.
Authority and options as well as the valid partitions may be selected for each code
except duress, which is valid in all partitions.
Reporting Settings
Send page will program the control with what you see.
Send section will program all the phone information.
Read page will get the phone you see from the control.
Read section will get all phone information from the control.
- 26 -
Reporting settings screen
Phone Number - The CSX75 has six phone numbers that can be used to report events
to multiple receivers or individuals. Each of these phone numbers has an event selector
that can be used to program which events are sent to each of these phone numbers.
To report to a specific phone number, enter the telephone number, account code, and
format to be used. If any of this information is omitted, the CS-575 uses the data from
phone number 1. For example, if all the phone numbers uses the same account code, it
is only necessary to enter the account code in Location 3. If a phone number is omitted,
this phone number is skipped in the reporting sequence.
Location 2 programs phone number 1. This contains the default data for all the phone
numbers. The phone number, account number and format for each of the other phone
numbers need only be programmed if you wish to program them with different
information.
If a telephone number is programmed (1-6) but no events are selected for it (in location
9,13,17 etc.) then this number will automatically be considered a backup number. The
control will sequence through all backup phone numbers with 2 calls to each number
until it has sequenced through the numbers. It will do the sequence for the number of
times programmed in location 26 segment 1 or until it was kissed of which ever came
first. By default location 9, 13, 17, 21 and 25 are all off, location 5 is all on. Thus in the
default if phone 1 and 2 were programmed it would sequence 1,1 2,2 1,1,2,2 for a total
of 8 calls to each number.
A blank space indicates the end of the phone number. Delays of four seconds can be
programmed at any point in the phone number by programming a "D" in the appropriate
segment. If tone dialing is desired, program an "F" in the segment where tone dialing
should begin. If the entire number should be tone dialing, program an "F" in the first
segment. Program a "B" for a *, and a "C" for a #.
- 27 -
Format – Contains the communicator format used to transmit to the receiver at the
corresponding phone number. Consult the instructions for your central station receiver
to determine which format is compatible. Select a format from the following list. If you
require a format other than those listed, review the override options described in
Advanced/Format overrides, to build the appropriate format. An "F" must be
programmed in format in addition to the entries in the format override location in order
to create a special format. If this location contains a "0", the built-in communicator will
be disabled, and the CS-575 will function as a local only control.

entered without producing a valid code.
LED Extinguish – This feature will extinguish all LED's on the keypad, except the
"Power" LED, after 60 seconds without a keypress. Pressing any numeric key will
illuminate all LED's.
Require code for bypass – The CSX75 can be programmed to require a code for
bypassing zones.
Bypass sounder alert – Keypad sounder will beep if the control is armed with one or
more zones bypassed. Re-entering the code will silence the alert
.
Mains/Low battery alert – Keypad sounder will beep for power problems, the loss of
Mains power or a low battery condition.
Bypass toggle – This feature will enable the end user to toggle (turn on or off) the
bypass of an interior zone with the system armed by pressing the [Bypass] key.
Silent auto-arm – This will silence the keypad sounder warning when using automatic
arming,
Silent exit – This will silence the keypad during the exit time.
Lost Zones Tamper – This will change the behavior of the panel: when a wireless
zone is lost and the system is armed, this zone will generate a Tamper Alarm. When a
wireless zone is lost and the system is disarmed, the zone will generate a Fault. This is
a special feature needed for the Belgian approvals.
- 30 -
Restore at disarm – This will configure the panel in such a way that the alarm restorals
are sent to the central station at the moment of disarming. This in combination with the
parameters at location 51, Segment 1, Bit 1, will give you all the flexibility. Location 51,
Segment 1, Bit 1 specifies the restoral of events at the end of the internal siren time-out
or at the moment the restore of events happen.
Allow Arming with a lost transmitter – This will allow the system to be armed even
when there is a wireless transmitter lost in the system. When this feature is disabled,
you will not be able to arm the system as long as a wireless transmitter is lost.

voltage and current of the telephone line for a detection of a faulted phone line. This
condition can sound the siren and keypad and be reported to the central station.
· Siren Blast For Arming/Remote Arming – The CSX75 can be programmed to
give a one second siren blast when the panel is armed, at the end of the exit delay, or
- 33 -
when the central station receiver acknowledges the closing report. It can also give one
blast for remote (keyswitch) arming and two blasts for remote disarming.
· During cross zone time – This feature requires two or more trips on a zone or
zones programmed as "cross zones" within a specified time before reporting an alarm.
During the time between trips, the CSX75 can be programmed to sound the keypad
and/or the siren. The CSX75 can also be programmed to report an alarm after two or
more trips on the same zone.
· Siren for expander trouble – The CSX75 will report expander trouble to the

interference on the Mains power line this setting may give a more accurate clock.
Disable on board zones – The zones on the CSX75 panel can be disabled in order to
have a completely wireless alarm system.
Use default configurations – If this is selected, the CSX75 will not look at the
changes made to the 20 different configurable zone types, but will use the defaults
settings as specified per country. In other words, when this item is select the CSX75
will behave with Country Defaults, but only for the Zone types.
No bypass on force arm – When enabled, the CSX75 can be Force Armed with zones
violated. Under this condition, if a forceable zone is not secure, the "Ready" LED will
flash. At the end of the exit delay, these zones will become bypassed. If these zones
become secured any time during the arming cycle, they will be un-bypassed and active
in the system. This selection determines whether zones bypassed by forced arming are
reported bypassed. Zones are made forceable at Advanced/Zone types.
Reset tamper with Master Code – When enable, a master code will be able to reset
tampers. Entering a master code while the ‘Service Required Message’ is being shown
on the LCD, will clear the ‘Service Required Message’.
Enable 2 wire smoke – When enabled, two wire smoke detectors can be used. The
smoke detector can be reseted by typing the * 7 command on the keypad. The 2 wire
smoke detector will always report as zone 8. The descriptor of zone 8 should be
modified to reflect the fact that this is a smoke detector zone.

key.
Part of the commissioning procedure of an 868 MHz Wireless system is to record the
RSSI Readings from each device. This is achieved in the following way.
2. LCD prompts for the module number, enter the module number followed by #.
This is the DIP switch settings, and can have a value between 32 and 39.
4. Enter XXr where XX is the zone number (1 through 48) you want to test and
where r is the enter key.
PIR detectors will only transmit if there has been no movement within the area for 2
minutes
6. After the device has transmitted, you can record the reading from location 200.
Enter 200 # and this will give you the RSSI Reading.
- 57 -
7. Note the RSS reading and repeat steps 4 to 7 for the other detectors.

This disables the second block of 8 zones on a zone expander. This can be done if only
an 8 zone expander is required in a particular expander location. In this case, up to 4
expanders can be added to the system creating a total of 32 zones. If you want to have
32 remote zones (4 x 8 zones) you must disable the onboard hardwire zones of the
controller.
To disable the second group of 8 zones on this expander, turn DIP switch 4 on.
All zones are programmed via the CSX75 panel and keypad. For instructions on
accessing and programming the CSX75, as well as changing the characteristics of a
configuration group, see chapter Location 38 - Zones 9-16 zone type (8 segments, ND)

1 Description
The CS-534 is a two-way audio (voice) communicator for the CS-X75 alarm panel.
Once the alarm panel has communicated an alarm, the CS-534 will allow a monitoring
service operator the ability to monitor a customer’s premise for listen-in purposes or
basic two-way voice communication. This procedure is controlled from the Central
Station by use of a touch tone telephone.
- 63 -
2 Features definition
Anti-Lockup Tone
If enabled, a tone is heard at the Central Station during a two-way session every few
seconds (programmable). During this tone the CS-534 disables the microphones so
that it can detect a keypress from the Central Station. This is useful in a noisy
environment to prevent a loss of Central Station control. If this occurs, press and hold
the 1 key to engage the Talk mode. (Location 3)
Callback Mode
If programmed for this mode, the CS-534 will start a timer when the control panel
releases the line. (Location 0, Segment 1 and Location 3, Segment 3) During this time,
the Central Station can call the premise and begin the two-way session by entering the
callback access code (Location 1).
Call-In Mode
If programmed for this mode, the homeowner can call the premise and listen to the
audible conditions within the home. The number of rings programmed in location 4,
segment 4 instructs the CS-534 when to pick up the line. A zero disables for this
function. A master code is required within 20 seconds after pickup to operate this
function.
Speaker Lockout
If this feature is enabled and the CS-X75 reports a Duress, Silent Panic, or Holdup
alarm, the CS-534 will not allow the Central Station to turn the speaker on at the site.
- 64 -
The CS-534 will operate in one of two modes that must be programmed in Location 0,
Segment 1.
4 Line-hold or Call-Back
The following explains how the CS-534 will operate in these two modes:
6. If the line hold digit is received or not programmed, the system will start a two-
way session.
Call-back mode
1. An alarm is recognized.
2. The phone line is seized from the control panel and all premise phones.
3. The CS-534 starts the callback window timer (Location 3, Segment 3). If the time
runs out before the number of rings has been reached, the system will return to the
stand-by mode and wait for a new trip.
4. Waits to receive the callback, up to the selected number of minutes programmed
in Location 3, Segment 3 for the first ring.
5. Sends a continuous indicator tone to the Central Station until the access digit is
received, or the maximum number of attempts in Location 3, Segment 4 is exhausted.
When a digit is received, the indicator tone is silenced.
6. Wait for the access digit (see Location 1) to match. The reset [#] key may be
used during pin entry to clear the PIN buffer. If the access digit does not match after a
set number of attempts (see Location 3, Segment 4) the system will return to the stand-
by mode and wait for a new trip. If the digit is validated, the system will silence the siren
and start a two-way session.
5 Control levels
The following is a description of the levels and how they may be used. Levels of the
modes may be changed at any time by pressing r followed by the level number you
wish to access. If no key is pressed for three seconds, then the buffer is automatically
cleared. You may press [r]-[0] to return to the beginning. NOTE: Levels 1, 2 and 4 are
not supported. Attempts to access these levels will revert to Level 0.
If a new alarm in the same partition is activated during a two-way session, the session
timer can be extended by pressing a key during the time period programmed in
Location 3, Segment 2. If a new alarm in a different partition is activated during a two-
way session, the timer is reduced to 20 seconds, and cannot be extended.
- 65 -
LEVEL0 BASIC CONTROL LEVEL
0 Returns to the initial session settings when it is tripped. This includes the
microphone selection and audio mode.
1 High gain talk to the premises and extends session time.
3 High gain listen-in from the premises and extends session time.
2, 4, 5, Extends session time.
7, 8, 9
6 Low gain listen-in from the premises and extends session time.
88 Terminates session and starts the call back mode.
99 Terminates session and returns to the stand-by mode and waits for a new
trip.
LEVEL3 MICROPHONE CONTROL (ZONING)
0 Returns to the initial session settings when it was tripped. This includes
the microphone selection and audio mode.
1 Turns microphone 1 on, microphone 2 off, and extends session time.
2 Turns microphone 2 on, microphone 1 off, and extends session time.
3, 4, 5, Extends the session time.
6, 7, 8
9 Turns both microphones on and extends the session time.
0 Returns to the initial session settings when it is tripped. This includes the
microphone selection and audio mode.
1-9 Turns the corresponding output/relay ON. A positive tone is heard.
- 66 -
6 Programming locations
Location 1 contains the access code used to start a Listen-in session when the CS-534
is in a callback mode. The callback access code can be up to a maximum of six digits.
The valid entries are 0 - 15 (10 = r, 11 = #, 12 = none, 13 thru 15 = any digit). If less
than six digits are desired, program a 15 at the end of the desired code. If segment 1
contains a 15, any digit will access the CS-534. If segment 1 is a 12, no access code is
required.
Location 2 Line hold mode access digit (Default = 15(F) (1 segment, ND)
This digit is required to start a two-way session if line-hold mode is used. Valid entries
are 0 - 15 (10 = r, 11 = #, 12 = none, 13 thru 15 = any digit). If segment 1 is a 12, no
access digit is required. If it is programmed as a 15, any digit will access.
- 67 -
Location 3 Timing options (1 segment, ND)
- An X-10 interface module, i.e. CS534, must be present for this feature to work
properly.
Locations 6 through 13 are used to program the X-10 Address for Outputs 2 – 9. Each
location has 2 segments. Segment 1 contains the Module Number and Segment 2
contains the House Code. Refer to the instructions in location 5
