Explain your assessment.
Statement number ten receives the lowest rating from me. When I'm feeling down, I
still need my parents' support. It may be a huge comfort to have someone listen to me,
hear me out, and demonstrate that they care. Talking with others can make me feel
more optimistic. It reassures me that I am not alone. Someone believes in me and is
on my side.
3. How can your knowledge of your own capabilities be carried out as you take responsibilities
in the future?
Knowing our capabilities would help us carry out our responsibilities in the future
since we would be able to know our strengths, weaknesses, and limitations. If we also
know our capabilities, we would know our weaknesses and improve on them when the
time comes or better manage ourselves in the future

The stages I've shown in my graphic are the steps to become a capable and
responsible adolescent who is ready to take on adult responsibilities.
2. How can these steps be of great help in making you responsible and confident adolescent
facing adulthood?
To grow into a capable and responsible adolescent, we must understand our priorities,
because putting the most essential things first is the greatest approach for
maintaining a strong sense of direction.
Third, along with our other responsibilities, we must also keep a healthy distance from
harmful habits and vices.
Then Finally, it is critical for us to learn to discern good company from bad company
as adolescents if we are to live this sort of life.

Weaknesses Ways To Improve My Skills
1. Discipline I may be able to increase my self-discipline with
less distractions and self-imposed setbacks,
allowing me to reach my goals faster than if you
let yourself to be distracted.
2. Bravery Remind myself that fear can harm me. Fear
evolved for a very good reason--to keep us safe.
But in many situations, it actually endangers
us.
3. Alertness Do some Physical exercise, it is as good to the
mind, as it is to the body. It releases endorphins
that trigger a positive and happy feeling.
Therefore, a good run or a workout at the gym
instantly boosts our overall mood and will relieve
us from stress.
4. Balance Play to my advantages. Don't strive to be
everything to everyone. Concentrate on my
strengths and delegate the rest Instead
of wasting time pleasing other people.
5. Diligence Focus my energy on my goal. Sticking to the
plan can help us put our energy into achieving
our goals. Always remind ourself of our goals
and why we are focusing on the task at hand.
6. Resilience There are many ways to increase resilience.
Some of those include having a good support
system, maintaining positive relationships,
having a good self-image and having a positive
attitude.
7. Knowledgeable A curious mind is as fertile as a turtle. It is filled
with insightful questions and actively seeks
answers. When critical reading, the mind is
introduced to the vast knowledge and many new
concepts. This is where the curious mind comes
into play once again. Reading, if backed by
research intensives the process altogether.
8. Decisiveness Overcome our fears. This fear of change can
consume us and be destructive, paralyzing us
right when we need to be most decisive.
9. Empowering Recognize other people's for hard work. Showing
appreciation for work well done makes it more
likely that a person will do it again (and do it
even better). It will also encourage them to
continue to be innovative, take action, and to
solve problems.
10. Tactfulness Choose our words carefully. Our choice of words
can influence how others perceive our message.
