IMPORTANT
Submission of Internship Report to the Department for academic evaluation will be done
through your Faculty Guide who will scan the soft copy of your report using URKUND
(Anti-plagiarism Software) before acceptance. Your submission will be allowed only if
the plagiarism index is within 40%. However, keeping the plagiarism index to
minimum is desirable.
Your internship report must be duly certified.
1. It must include the Certificate of Completion issued by the Company.
2. It must include Certificate of Approval duly signed by the Faculty Guide assigned by
the Department.
3. The font style used in the report must be essentially Times New Roman. Use font size
12 in the body of the content. Font size 14 may be used for the headings. The Cover
Page may be stylized if you wish.

responsibilities, challenges and learning within 2-3 paragraphs/ 1 page.

It will include all the topics/ headings with proper page numbers that are appearing after
the Content/Index Page.

Give a background and a statement of purpose and scope of the Internship, duration of
the internship, etc. Explain how a management student benefits through the internship
training programme. It should not exceed more than 2-3 paragraphs.
b) Try to rephrase your statements and paragraphs which will help to reduce
plagiarism.
Describe the tasks and assignments that you were required to perform during the
Internship tenure. You must include the details of the data generated in the form of
organized tables. E.g. sample of leads generated in case the candidate is from sales
domain. Alternately, you may attach them in the Annexure Section.
Describe how you performed the tasks assigned to you. Mention the tactics or strategies
applied. Please keep this section detailed.
13. CHALLENGES
Write down the issues/problems that you faced during the operation of your assignments
and tasks and how you tried to overcome them.
14. LEARNING
You can use bulleted points to jot down all your key learning and achievements from this
experience. Explain each of the points.
15. CONCLUSION

Write how your learning from the entire Internship experience will help you in your
future. Mention how you may apply your learning in your professional endeavors and
how the internship experience has shaped the professional in you. Mention how you
realized the areas you need to improve further.
16. REFERENCES
Mention the websites, articles, company reports, links etc. which you may have referred
as resources to collect data or content while doing the internship or preparing the report.
Use APA (American Psychological Association) style of referencing.
17. ANNEXURE
Include documents which you feel is relevant to be a part of the report as it may be
referred to by a reader to get a better understanding of the report.
