    2V VRLA Battery Rack Installation Guide

    Installation preparation
     Unpacking, inspecting and tallying the goods
     Prepare installation tools (Wrench, box wrench, inner hexagon spanner )
     Installation tools insulating treatment

    Installation area
     A passageway for Maintenance and inspection should be reserved

    Floor bearing ability


     Choose appropriate Installation method according to floor weight bearing ability

    Installation and connection


     Install battery rack and connect battery according to installation drawing/sheet and
    operation manual.
    Horizontal Installation
    Recheck installation
     After complete the Installation, recheck all the rack tightness and battery connection
     Battery connection torque is 10-12N.m for M8 screw and battery

    Safety precautions
     Remove the watch, bracelets, bangles, finger rings and other metal objects.
     Use insulated tools.
     Wear goggles, rubber gloves.
     Always keep the battery electrode facing upward when moving the battery. It is strictly
    prohibited to keep it upside down.

    Installation method
    Battery can be installed in vertical or in horizontal. Recommend installation mode: OPzV series
    vertical installation, DE/DEG series horizontal installation, SCG2V series horizontal and
    vertical installation. Vertical Installation

    Connector between the cell can be cable or copper bar, connector safety
    current load for long duration as below,

    Installation step
     Place side frame of the rack on the ground,
     Fix with front beam, middle beam and back beam tighten them with M8*40 bolt unit(use spring and normal washers),
     Fix layer by layer using same pattern and complete the required layers according to installation drawing,
     After complete the rack installation start install batteries in to the rack from first layer, Battery terminal
     Install all the batteries layer by layer according to installation drawing,
     Install front block with M4*8 tapping screw after battery installation,
     Connect battery connector and output terminal.

    Installation step
     Place side frame of the rack on the ground,
     Fix with beam tighten them with M8*35 bolt unit(use spring and normal washers),
     Fix layer by layer using same pattern and complete the required layers according to installation drawing,
     After complete the rack installation start install batteries into the rack from the first layer,
     Install front bar after the first layer battery installation,
     Install second layer battery and front bar, Battery terminal
     Connect battery connector and output terminal.
