What is CloudSwyft Labs Management Platform?
The CloudSwyft Labs Management Platform (CLMP) provides a hands-on lab
experience to students. Each student will be given a lab session for a particular
course, you will also be given access to all the applications needed to complete the
activities.
Accessing the Labs
Single sign-on from the Learning Platform
a. Click on “Launch Lab Session”
Note: for first-time users you would need to request lab access and it
will be provisioned within 12-24 hours
Once signed in, you will see your Labs Dashboard wherein you can see the
list of lab courses you are enrolled in.
Accessing your Lab Session
1. Click on the “Start” button
Reminder: Please wait 2–3 minutes for the lab to launch, if it takes too
long you can click on “Refresh” no need to log out from the dashboard
2. Click the “Exit” button on the Server Manager window and Microsoft Teams.
3. Click “Yes” to the network connection window.
Below are the important icons that you see on the top right-hand corner

Lab Activity
1. Click on the “Lab Activity” icon at the upper right-hand corner of the lab
session for you to view and follow the lab activity instructions and exercises
you need to perform for your course or lab class
2. You can click on “Next” on your Lab Activities so you can proceed to the next
page of your lab activities
NOTE: All of CloudSwyft’s Hands-On Lab Sessions have a default Lab
Instruction which provides a guide on how to properly exit or turn off
your hands-on lab sessions.
DO NOT SHUT DOWN THE LAB SESSION MACHINE FROM WITHIN THE
VIRTUAL MACHINE.
3. To upload a screenshot, click on “Lab Activities” > “Upload Screenshot.”
4. Select your lab screenshot or images coming from your local folder or files
on your local device.
5. Click on UPLOAD, and then click Yes to confirm your upload, and then you
will receive a notification that your Lab Answer Screenshot has been
uploaded successfully. Otherwise, Click REMOVE if you wish to remove the
Lab Answer screenshot
6. When you are done with your lab or you want to exit from your hands-on lab
session, to properly shut down your hands-on lab, always remember to Click
on the icon marked in RED at the upper right-hand corner of the Lab
Session Window screen. Click Yes to confirm.
7. After exiting, you will see your Lab session is “Shutting down...”
