 Mayekawa Co. began manufacturing compressor since
1924 when Mr. Maekawa Kisaku founded it.Since the
introduction of our first screw compressor in 1964, we
have steadily grown to become a world leader in the
manufacture of oil flooded screw compressors.
Due to their simple and robust design, oil flooded screw
compressors have been successful in a wide variety of
applications from simple industrial refrigeration to highly
specified offshore petrochemical compression. To better
serve our customers in the petrochemical and severe
duty markets, Mayekawa Manufacturing corporation has
established Mayekawa Italia S.r.l.
Mayekawa is specialized in API compliant packages
and projects requiring engineered solutions for
compression and refrigeration. Under one roof we
have the skills of engineer, manufacture, and service
custom built equipment. Our shop and quality control
personnel carry knowledge and experience that assures
we produce only the highest quality custom packages.

Each component on our equipment is rigorously tested
to ensure our high quality standards are maintained.

Mycom Service & Aftermarket Centers provide for

prompt local customer support including field service,
compressor and package upgrades, rebuilds, and
service contracts. In most cases, urgent spare parts
requests are shipped wiithin 24 hours.

Mayekawa engineering team is specialized in
critical service refrigeration and corrosive or wet gas
compression. Our team is dedicated to providing
reliable high quality packages for the most demanding
services and applications and we have a complete
understanding of the refrigeration we package. Our
engineering staff has hands-on experience working
in refineries and platforms around the world with over
80 years of direct experience designing, maintaining,
refrigeration packages. Mayekawa’s engineering team
stands ready to work for you at all engineering stages
including the shipping and delivery activities.

The Tail Gas Compressor units are designed to handel the Tail Gas from
PSA System to the Client process unit at 12 bar a and +40°C.

CEPSA Refinery San Roque SPA

Complete package for Hydrogen compression (17000 Nm3/hr) from 7 to 39
bara with full API 619 oil flooded screw compressor drivem by 2,2 MW EM.
The unit is designed to increase pressure and cool down, the H2 coming
from Membrane Unit and to feed the ISOMAX Unit or H2 network.

We offer global service support for repair, parts,
maintenance, overhauls, including start-up and
commissioning support for oil flooded screw compressor
packages through our service centers. Each of our
strategically located worldwide service centers stocks
major compressor parts and is supported by highly
skilled local service personnel to promptly respond to
customer’s urgent needs. In most cases, Mayekawa can
dispatch service personnel in less than 24 hours and
provides for spare parts delivery the following day.

Compressor’s Remanufacturing Program

The Compressor’s Remanufacturing Program is a cost
effective means of reviving your damaged or worn
compressor. Pricing includes all parts and labor and is
independent of the severity of the damage. It is simply
a fixed percentage of the cost of an equivalent new
compressor. Your remanufactured compressor will be
brought back to Mayekawa factory or directly to our
workshop guaranteeing that all workmanship and parts
will be free of defects.
