    Position: Logistics & Supply Chain Manager

    This position is well-suited to a self-motivated logistics professional who is looking to expand his
    professional experience across multiple company functions and grow into key responsibilities at a
    fast-growing consumer brand – Naagin (www.naaginsauce.com).

    As part of a dynamic team in a start-up setting, you will get the opportunity to actively shape
    company operations while gaining direct experience working with all other functions. You will be
    expected to proactively learn about and implement best practices in logistics and inventory
    management.

    The best candidates will excel at creative problem solving and be comfortable multi-tasking. Time
    management skills and effective communication are essential since your tasks will be connected to
    every department in the company.

    Role and Responsibilities

    • Finished Goods Inventory Management


    • Overseeing packing and handling of outbound goods
    • Processing Ecommerce/B2B orders and handling dispatch operations
    • Coordinating with third party carriers for smooth functioning of shipments
    • Maintaining records of all inbound and outbound consignments for smooth functioning of
    daily logistics
    • Managing packaging materials supply chain
    • Tracking and optimizing shipping and packing costs
    • Communicating with customers regarding shipping-related issues
    • Building relationships and managing smooth working relationships with third party agents
    and government authorities involved in the export of food products
    • Reconciliation of logistics, delivery & payments processed
    • Producing regular MIS reports for operations and logistics processes

    Candidate Profile

    • Bachelor’s Degree required. MBA or Diploma/Degree in logistics and supply chain


    management is an advantage
    • 1-5 years of professional experience. No freshers please.
    • Good communication skills in English and Hindi
    • Ability to multitask by prioritising and managing time prudently
    • Desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced start-up environment
    • Should be familiar with MS Office applications and be comfortable using web applications
    for various ecommerce platforms (with training).

    CTC on Offer

    Commensurate with experience and fit, with healthy bonus potential on achievement of targets and
    company performance.

    Base Salary: Rs. 20,000 – Rs. 35,000 / month

    Bonus: Yes, on achievement of targets defined during the first 3 months of employment
