Prayer before Meals

We have not reached half way of the program yet but pretty sure that some of us are already
famished. Since there are still a lot of exciting activities which include games, dancing and
surprises in stored for us, we need the energy to carry out all these tasks later. Let us all stand
as we offer thanksgiving to our Lord for the bountiful banquet we are about to share. To lead
us into prayer and to say grace before meals, let us welcome Mrs. Sharon Maningat.

(Wedding Banquet Prayer)

Buffet
The food is now ready and dinner will commence shortly. To facilitate and observe order
during the buffet, let us have Table 1 first to be followed by Table 2 and so on and so forth.
The guests from each table will be requested to proceed to the location of the couple for
pictorial. Right after that, they can line up at the buffet table to get their dinner. Enjoy the
sumptuous meal everyone!

Kindly observe social distancing and other safety precautions.

(Special Thanks)

May I have your attention please, I guess by now everyone had their fill of our sumptuous food
prepared by Subic Bay Yatch Club. We would like to thank the Operation Manage of Subic Bay
Yatch Club for the wonderful accommodation and service that they are providing us here. The
newlyweds would also like to say a special thank you to Mr. Topher Awa for supervising in the
physical arrangement of our reception. And also, special thanks to Mr. Daniel Hinricher for our
beautiful gowns and Mr. Mulong Montalban for our hair and make up. We would also like to
thank Justin Gonzales Photography.

(Cake Cutting)

We will now resume with our program. May I now request Denver and Alexis to do the homors
of cutting the wedding cake?

Ladies and gentlemen, please direct your attention to the cake cutting tradition. The husband
and wife will put their hands together to slice the cake. The two hands moving as one with one
purpose, symbolizes that the two will work in unity to reach common goals for their shared
future and their life together as one. The sharing of this food symbolizes the couple’s
willingness to fulfill each other’s needs, creating bond, so simple and yet so strong.

(Wedding Toast)

To symbolize and celebrate the blending of your two lives into one. I invite you to perform the
wine ceremony. The arms of the couple will intertwine as they drink wine. This ceremony
represents your two individual lives, now intertwined; combined like the two glassess wine
into one single life. The drinking of the combined wine signifies the commitment you now
make to live your lives as one family.

(Optional: As with a glass of wine, one of you may find it sweet, the other perhaps dry or
somehow different. Let the drink you share today serve as a reminder that although you may
perceive things differently, being right is never more important than being happy. With this
space that you give each other, always putting your commitment to love and honor one
another first, your lives together will grow deeper, richer, and greatly satisfying, like a rare and
fine wine.)

Father and daughter dance

Let us all be seated now. Truly, this momentous event marks a milestone of two hearts
beginning a beautiful lifelong commitment.
And now we would like to clear the dance floor for everyone except our stunning bride to have
this special time with the first man in her life. May we request for Mr. Julius Molina, the father
of the bride, to approach his daughter for the father and daughter dance.

(Dance)

First dance of the couple

And now, the father gives his daughter to the groom. The groom will now approach the father
of the bride, and dance with Mrs. Alexis Santiago. Tonight is indeed a special night, and will be
forever etched in the memory of our beloved couple. On this joyful beginning what could be
more fitting than to celebrate it with their first dance.
The first dance is symbolic of the consummation of their wedding vows. This dance is the
wedding couples’ first cooperative engagement and joint endeavor. Ladies and gentlemen, it
is once again our privilege to present to you Mr. and Mrs. Santiago with their first dance.

(Well Wishes from Family and Friends)

It is said that our parents are our first teachers having raised us patiently from childhood to
adulthood. They have been our source of comfort, support and inspiration. Denver and Alexis
are truly blessed with such wonderful parents and I’m quite sure when it comes to knowing
what marriage is all about, they always have a word or two to share to their children. We
would like to call on the Mother of the Bride, Mrs. Pearl Molina to say a few words of wisdom
and Best Wished to our newlyweds.
