Apportionment and Voting

Here are the results using the Borda Count voting method: Bulldog: 3*4 + 4*3 = 15 Panther: 4*3 + 3*2 = 15 Eagle: 2*3 + 2*2 = 10 Wolf: 1*3 + 1*2 = 5 The Bulldog and Panther tie for first place with 15 points each under the Borda Count method. Since there is a tie, additional voting may be needed to determine the winner, such as a run-off election between just the Bulldog and Panther options.

that would eliminate all alternatives. In that case, a
different method of voting will be used.
 Adjust the voter’s ranking at the remaining
candidates.
 Repeat the same process of elimination and
adjustment until two candidates are left.
