Payment
The salary will be paid fortnightly into the given bank details on Tuesday.
Superannuation
The 9.5 percent superannuation for this position will be paid monthly into the designated super account. If
the institution does not have access to the candidate's super account, the company would pay the
person's super into the firm's super fund.
Salary Review
In conformity with labor legislation, the salary offered for this job will be evaluated annually on or around
the commencement of your tenure.
Hours of Work
Grow Management Consultants is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. A full-time
contractor is often expected to work an average of 38 hours per week during normal business hours.
It could also include some additional or extra hours for which more loading will be paid.
Leave Entitlements
Annual Leave
In your service, you are entitled to take 4 weeks of annual leave per annum. Leave is accrued in
accordance with the Fair Work Act 2009 and to be taken within one year of falling due in negotiation with
your manager.
Personal Leave
You are entitled to take 10 days paid personal/career’s leave in accordance with the Fair Work Act 2009.
You are entitled to take two days paid compassionate leave per occasion in accordance with the Fair
Work Act 2009.
You are entitled to two days unpaid career’s leave per occasion with the Fair Work Act 2009.
Parental Leave
You are entitled to take parental leave for up to 12 months of unpaid leave following 12 months of service
in line with the provisions of the Fair Work Act 2009.
Termination
Grow Management Consultants are entitled to terminate your employment by giving the below mentioned
period of notice depending on your length of service.
If you are over 45 years with more than two years continuous service, you will receive an additional
week’s notice (or payment in lieu).
The company may terminate your employment at any time without notice if:
You are guilty of serious misconduct or
You are in material breach of a provision of this contract, including confidentiality undertakings.
Following the termination of your employment you will be required to return all company property.
Probationary Period
This role will have three months of Probationary Period. During this period, employee will receive full
training and guidance to help them become familiar with, and competent in performing the work you have
been appointed to do. The appointment is subject to the satisfactory completion of the Probationary
Period, which itself is subject to terminate during any stage, by either party, upon one week’s notice in
writing, or by payment in lieu of notice.
Privacy
Employee is required to observe and uphold all of the Company’s privacy policies and procedures as
implemented or varied from time to time.
Collection, storage, access to and dissemination of employee personal information will be in accordance
with privacy legislation.
Company Policy
Grow Management Consultants has in place a number of company policies and procedures. You are
required to comply with company policy. A failure to comply with these policies may result in disciplinary
action being taken against you.
These policies are found on our intranet. These policies do not form part of this contract of employment.
Confidentiality of Information
During the period of your employment you may become aware of information related to the business,
including but not limited to client lists, trade secrets and client details and pricing structures. All those
information created by you in the course of your employment should remain confidential and should not
be disclosed to any third party. This confidential information should not be used for your own benefit or for
others.
Jurisdiction
This contract is made in the State of Tasmania.
