4.1 THE LATERAL SEPARATION MINIMA OR SPACING BETWEEN EN-ROUTE
CENTRE LINE IS 30 NM OR MORE, THEREFORE OFFSET TO THE RIGHT OF THE
CENTRE LINE RELATIVE TO THE DIRECTION OF FLIGHT SHOULD BE APPLIED
IN THE TENTHS OF A NAUTICAL MILE, THEN RANDOMLY CHOOSE AN OFFSET
POSITION OF 0.1 NM OR NOT MORE THAN 2 NM RIGHT OF TRACK.
4.2 IF THE AIRCRAFT IS EQUIPPED WITH A CAPABILITY TO OFFSET IN
WHOLE NAUTICAL MILES, THEN RANDOMLY CHOOSE AN OFFSET POSITION OF 1
