Our function rooms, located upstairs, are available for


hire from 8am until late. Located in Perth’s glamorous yet
historic Cottesloe district, The Albion Hotel routinely swells
with locals enjoying the ambience.

Originally The Albion Hotel was a stopover point on the long


horse ride from the port city of Fremantle to the business
centre of Perth.

The Hotel boasts many historic features including beautiful


ceiling fans from New Orleans, Tiffany chandeliers and a
luxuriously preserved Boardroom with original furnishings
Function Areas
QUEEN VICTORIA BALLROOM
This is our largest function room which features beautifully refurbished
historical architecture boasting its own private bar, a dance floor, two
original fireplaces and a private balcony.
Included in the Queen Victoria mounted
projector screen, microphone and space
for a DJ and band if you wish to hire one.
Queen Victoria Ballroom up to
200 people. $250 room hire

PRINCE EDWARD ROOM


The Prince Edward is our second largest private function room which features
an east facing private balcony. With a private bottle bar, two fireplaces,
and heritage elements retained during
the refurbishments.
The Prince Edward room is a great
setting for intimate gatherings, small
group workshops or private dining.

THE BOARDROOM
The Boardroom features a bespoke, long boardroom table, a fireplace and
a TV compatible for use with a laptop. Perfect for training sessions,
meetings and private dining.
It is a beautifully furnished room with a
warm welcoming atmosphere

will be automatically charged for any Outstanding Amounts.
TERM AND CONDITIONS
● Functions will be confirmed once a non-refundable room hire is paid.
● Any additional costs must be settled at the beginning of the event before
commencement by surrendering a credit card or payment of cash to the bar.
Unfortunately we cannot invoice for later payment.
● All food must be ordered at least 5 days prior to the function date.
● The Albion reserves the right to open up any area to the public from 10pm if
capacity isn’t met for your area.
● Equipment left on the premises prior to, during or after events is of your own
accord.
● 18th and 21st birthdays require a charge to cover security for the duration of
the event
