(b ) I, being unable to personally attend to the execution of the Release deed relating to the
Mortgage of the property and the sale deed relating to the said house:

That I ------------ do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint Mr K Gangadahra ramio reddy
S/o K Narayana Reddy , my Husband to be my true and lawful attorney (hereinafter referred
to as the 'Attorney') to act for us and in our name and do all acts, deeds and things relating to
the Release of Mortgage deed and sale deed relating to the said property

2. To do all acts, deeds, matter and things as may be required to be done by us and exercise
all our rights and give discharge to all our liabilities .

To execute and Register with the concerned Registrar/Sub Registrar of Assurances of any
form of the mortgage as required by Union Bank of India , Jubilee Hill branch Hyderabad ,
relating to the property bearing H.No …plot no 297, M.N Reddy nagar colony Phase 1,
Quthbullapur ,Hyderabad

8.To repay Principal, Interest, Installments, Charges etc. as stipulated / demanded by Union
Bnak of India , Jubilee hills Branch Hyderabad

21.To exercise all powers, discharge rights, duties, functions, privileges, benefits and to do
other acts of any nature whatsoever which I may be or become empowered or required to
exercise or to do in respect of any of my premises/immovable properties or any part thereof
herein mentioned or otherwise howsoever.

AND GENERALLY to sign all letters, correspondences, documents, to execute and perform
any other act, deed, matter or thing whatsoever which ought to be executed, performed or
which in the opinion of the said attorney ought to be done, executed or performed in or about
any commitment, or whatsoever nature and kind as fully and effectually to all intent and
purposes, as I could do myself.

WE HEREBY AGREE TO RATIFY AND CONFIRM all acts, deeds and things lawfully
done by the Attorney under the authority hereby conferred and the same shall be construed as
acts, deeds and things done by us and we hereby undertake to confirm and ratify all and
whatsoever the Attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of the power given
hereby.
