    REALIZATION, INSIGHT AND LEARNINGS
    What are the significant traits of an effective community organizer? How do you see yourself as a
    community organizer or part of the community organizing initiative of the University?
    Student’s Answer:
    A community is a type of group where people with the same kind of goals and ideas interact with each
    other; community can be in different forms like small and big, it can be formed because of the different
    ideologies like religious community, political community, etc. in the society the geographical area they are
    in has an enormous significance most of the community works in a specific geographical area.
    As the community is tough to maintain, to organize it and leading the community is much more
    challenging, and being a community organizer is tougher. A good community organizer should have the
    ability to influence and have a little power over all the members. For the community to run correctly, the
    organizer should lead to follow. The organizer should have his say and voice in everything, should raise
    their voice when there are some social issues or political issues. And they should have a perfect
    connection with other types of community leaders and influential leaders in society, which can help them
    get something done. one of the fundamental traits of an organizer should be listening and caring for all
    the members. They should open their doors when one of the members faces any difficulties, listen to their
    problems, and try to solve them. Should conduct various social activities and programs needed for the
    community to run correctly and attract recognition. A good community leader should be there for society
    when they need them most.
    To become a community organizer in the university, you need to have the leadership quality and have the
    mentality to help and care for others. There will be many teenagers with many types of issues facing in a
    university or college, and an effective organizer can help solve many problems. There must be academics,
    health, sex-related topics, political issues, etc. A community organizer should have a say in all of these
    kinds of problems. You should have the organizational skills to conduct various programs and should
    organize all those perfectly.
