    Guidelines and Notice for Online Examinations for Students of Self Finance Courses
    Dear Students,

    As per circular issued by the University of Mumbai vide circular No. Exam/DBOEE/ICC/2020-21 /15
    dated 14 th November, 2020 regarding conduct of online Multiple Choice Questions examination for the
    Self Finance Courses, the following instructions may be noted.

    A. Students Information:
    Students need to provide accurate information like - Student name without spelling errors, active
    Registered mobile number and email address for creating the students login credential for appearing
    online examination.

    B. External Examination / Semester End Examination:


    As per the circular issued by the University of Mumbai vide circular No.Exam/DBOEE/ICC/2020-
    21/22, Reference No. Exam/DBOEE/ICC/2020-21 /15, dated 14th November, 2020 accordingly Self -
    Finance Courses of K.B.P. Hinduja College of Commerce will conduct Online External Examination / Semester
    End Examination of MAPR MACJ

     External Examination of MAPR MACJ SEM-I and ATKT Exams of SEM-I Self-Financing
    Courses will commence from 23 rd MARCH, 2021 onwards through online mode.
     External examination question papers will comprise of 50 Multiple Choice Questions out of which
    students will attempt 40 questions. Each question will carry 1.5 marks. The question paper will
    cover the entire syllabus.
     The duration of examination of each paper will be 1 hour.
     Students are required to compulsorily start their examination in the first 15 minutes of the
    examination.
     At the time of examination if student faces any problems or have any queries, they are required to
    report to the department or contact helpline numbers immediately without delay.
     Queries reported by the student during the examination time between 12.30 – 1.30 PM only will be
    addressed.
     There will be No revaluation provision for these examinations as the evaluation will be based on
    computerized system.
     Sample questions will be uploaded on college website.
    Note:
    Orientation of Online Examination for MAPR MACJ and ATKT students (Semester-I) is scheduled on 20th
    March 2021, at 12.00 Noon. .
    Mock Test for MAPR MACJ (Semester-I ) and ATKT students is also scheduled on 20th March 2021, at 12.00
    Noon after the Orientation . Mock test result will not be considered for declaration of result.
