Editing Groups

Editing is the process of adding , deleting and rearranging words, letter,


sentences ,and paragraphs into the document that includes find,
replace ,select all ,Undo / Redo , cut copy, and paste options for editing
process .

Find [ctrl + F ] :

Find is a term used to quickly search for any text or words into the
document .It also helps to locate files ,documents or other objective on
the computer .

Follow the following ways to Find

Go to Home tab

Click on find on Editing group

Type the required text to words , That you want to find into the find
What box .

Finally ,click on find next to search it.

Replace [Ctrl + H ]

Replace is used to change any words or text into the document an old
text with new one.
Follow the Following ways to replace.

Go to home tab

Click the required text or words that you want to change into the find
What box .

Also type required text that you want to replace with and click on
replace or replace all
