Sequential paralleling operation shall be as follow: controller
1. Emergency Mode
(i) Each generator shall be started automatically and freely when receive signal from start switch or other Comply Comply
control device.
(ii) First start sensor shall check voltage and frequency of generator. If any generators meet 90% of rated Comply
value, they shall be commanded to transfer electricity to main bus as applicable.
(iii) Automatic transfer switch that is first priority shall transfer electricity to critical load immediately. Noted Comply for load control by DMC2000
(load add/shed)
(iv) To protect generator form over load, priority control system shall control transferring load of Comply Comply for load control by DMC2000
automatic transfer switch. (load add/shed)
(v) When first generator transfers electricity to main bus, synchronizer shall control the remaining unit(s) Comply
to parallel to the main energized bus and transfer electricity.
(vi) After each of generators connects in parallel, the isochronous load share control will control the load Comply
for each generator.
(vii) If any standby-generator cannot start or connect in parallel to the system within the time-limit, alarm Comply
signal and indicating lamp will be operated.
(viii) Lowest priority load shall be removed from the system if there is over load at main bus. Comply
(ix) Load shall be removed again if frequency of the system cannot be back to the steady state within the Comply
time-limit.
2. Load Control Mode
(i) In emergency mode, there is a microprocessor for checking total connected load. If total connected Comply
load is low enough to stop any one of generators, the control device shall command it automatically in
order to utilize only the required generator(s) to save fuel.
(ii) Stopped generators can restart and reconnect in parallel to the system automatically when: Comply
