1. Your SSOid Account 你的 SSOid 登入帳戶
Single Sign On user id (SSOid) is created for students to sign in to the U-wide IT services
using one set of login credentials. You can enjoy the following IT services with a valid SSOid
account:

1.1 New Student Account Activation (SSOid) 啟動新生單點登入帳戶
Please access the following link for activating your student account:

Input your Student number, Date of birth, ID number and the verification code.

1.2 Change your password 更改密碼
Please access the following link for changing your SSOid password:
請到以下網址更改你的 SSOid 密碼:

Input your SSOid (i.e. student number), your existing password, your new password and
the verification code.
依指示輸入你的 SSOid (即你的學生編號) 、你原來密碼、新密碼及驗證碼。
[Important]
Pay attention to the rules when setting a new password.

1.3 Forget your password 忘記密碼
Please access the following link if you forget your SSOid password:

Step 1: Follow the instructions above to input your SSOid, Date of Birth, ID number and
the verification code.

及驗證碼。

Step 2: Answer the Security question that you set.
回答之前設定的個人保安問題。

1.4 Forget your security questions’ answers 忘記保安問題答案
Step 1: If you have forgotten the answer of your Security Question, please complete and
submit the “Application for Resetting SSOid Password” form in person to ITO Services
Counter for further processing.
如你已忘記你的保安問題的答案,請完成並遞交重設「單點登入帳戶 (SSOid) 密碼申
請 」表格並親身遞交到資訊科技處服務中心 (香港浸會大學善衡校園邵逸夫大樓 3 樓
(RRS303)以作處理。

Step 2: Print out the “Application for Resetting SSOid Password” form and submit it to ITO
Service Counter.
Step 3: After processing your application, ITO Help Desk will give you a Service Reply Slip.
完成程序資訊科技處發出一封回條。

Step 4: Enter the Service Ticket No. on the Service Reply Slip.

2. Access your HKBU Emails 浸會大學電郵
HKBU Email service makes use of Gmail offered by Google Cloud Service. Users are
recommended to use Google Chrome browser to access the service and their mailboxes.
You may also set up your mailboxes at various devices, e.g. iPhone, Android etc. Please refer
to the LINK to read the guidelines about the setup procedures of different services.
浸大電子郵件服務使用由 Google Cloud 服務提供的 Gmail。 建議用戶使用 Google

3. MySCE
MySCE is a student information system where you manage your study. You can read the
school’s notices, your timetable and exam schedule, download forms and handbooks, check
your grades, etc. Please log in to MySCE regularly to check the latest information.

時間表、考試時間表、下載表格及手冊、考試成績等。請定期登入 MySCE 檢查最新
資訊。
Students can read the school’s updated information, notices and activities.

4. SCE Moodle – e-Learning Platform
HKBUSCE Moodle is a collaborative environment to facilitate the use of innovative
technology for teaching, learning and research among course instructors and students.
Students can get learning materials and submit assignments through HKBUSCE Moodle.
HKBUSCE Moodle 是一個協作平台,可促進課程講師和學生在教學,研究和研究中使
用的創新技術。 學生可以獲取學習材料,通過 HKBUSCE Moodle 提交作業。

4.2 Browse the Course Rooms 瀏覽課室
Students can download course materials, submit assignments and send messages to
instructors and classmates here.

4.3 Participate in forums 參加論壇
Students can participate in Forum Activity in SCE Moodle created by the course
instructors. You can add a new topic or reply to the topic posted.

4.5 Submit an assignment 繳交作業
於你的"courseroom"內點擊由老師建
立的 "the assignment activity"ㆍ
請在作業頁上,按"Add Submision",以及在下一頁選擇"Add
icon”。彈出的視窗會顯示出來。選擇在左手邊”Upload a
file"上載你的作業。 請按"Upload this file”上載。
作業上載後,會再次顯示在作業頁上。如導師容許再次遞交作
業,你可按 Edit submission"鍵上載最新作業一次"。

5. HKBU Zoom – Synchronous Online Classes
1. Install Zoom Desktop Client onto your computer or Zoom Cloud Meetings app onto
your mobile phone.

2. Select the screen you want to share. You can also choose an individual application
that is already open on your computer (e.g. PowerPoint or pdf file), the desktop, a
whiteboard, or an iPhone/iPad.
