    Internship:

    I have worked with two renewed organisations, one being a private start up helping the young talent
    of baking and cooking blossom and other being a NGO which helped underprivileged children to
    learn and discover their talents through a online platform due to the pandemic. Both these
    internships have been a great learning lessons. The baker’s arena, I got the opportunity to meet
    great people, I understood how to work with the client according to their flexibility and their
    requirements. I worked on data collecting and out reach through social media and calling where I
    understood that rejection is part of the deal and I have to learn how to work with that. I also helped
    with ideas for the seminars, how to get a better out reach and my ideas were well appreciated. I also
    helped with the creative team with regards to the posters, website etc.
    Coming to the internship I did with the NGO, I had the privilege to work with children from the age
    group of 8 to 15, As I am good at dance the head of the ngo thought it would be a great idea to help
    the children learn dance. I had soo much fun, working and talking to the kids, learning and
    understanding where they come from, what they want to do. And I helped them learn, in a fun way
    and according to what they wanted. I also had a situation where I had to convince one of my child’s
    parents to allow them to participate in the competition and after a lot of understanding and
    convincing, they got the opportunity to learn. These internships have not only thought me my work
    but also gave me memories I will cherish all my life, and people who will always hold a special place
    in my heart.

    I have also joined with The Bangalore Neuro centre, as a intern with their psychologist. I am very
    excited and eager to work for him, as I get the InSite and practical experience of what I am learning
    at my school in psychology. I cant say much about this right now, as my work date got postponed
    due to increasing cases of covid, but I am sure this internship will help me in understanding and
    gaining the knowledge from real life situations.
