This document is an update to the specifications contained in the Intel® Desktop Board
DH61CR Technical Product Specification (Order Number: G23549). It is intended for
hardware system manufacturers and software developers of applications, operating
systems, or tools. It will contain Specification Changes, Errata, Specification
Clarifications, and Documentation Changes.
Refer to the 2nd Generation Intel® Core™ Processor Family Specification Update
(Order Number: 457991) for specification updates concerning the 2nd Generation
Intel® Core™ Processor Family that may apply to the desktop board DH61CR. Unless
otherwise noted in this document, it should be assumed that any Processor errata for
a given stepping are applicable to the Altered Assembly (AA) revision(s) associated
with that stepping.
Refer to the Intel® 6 Series Chipset and Intel® C200 Series Chipset Specification
Update (Order Number: 440377) for specification updates concerning the Intel® H61
Express Chipset that may apply to the desktop board DH61CR. Unless otherwise noted
in this document, it should be assumed that any Platform Controller Hub errata for a
given stepping are applicable to the Altered Assembly (AA) revision(s) associated with
that stepping.

Specification Changes
The Specification Changes listed in this section apply to the Intel® Desktop Board
DH61CR Technical Product Specification (Order Number G23549).
1. The Intel H61 Express Chipset does not support RAID. References to RAID in
Technical Product Specification will be deleted in the next revision of the manual.

Errata
1. PCI cards that utilize a PCI Express* to PCI bridge component may
not work with Intel® Desktop Boards based on the Intel® 6 Series
Chipset.
Implication: PCI cards utilizing a PCI Express to PCI bridge chip will not be recognized or
function when plugged into any PCI slot on the affected Intel Desktop
boards.
PCI cards that do not include a PCI Express to PCI bridge chip will operate
normally.
Workaround: None.
Status: This problem may be fixed on future releases of these Intel Desktop Board
products.
