1 This assignment is covered (CLO3)- Practice interviewing skills in human resource


and (CLO4) - Interpret the differences between job analysis, job design, job
description, and job specification which allocates 20% of carry marks (Report: 10%
Presentation 10%).
2 Please submit your assignment directly to your lecturer.
3 Plagiarism, copying and cheating will not be tolerated, where no marks will be
awarded and disciplinary actions can be taken.
4 The submission date on 06th SEPTEMBER 2021 (WEEK 11) before 5pm.

2. Students are required to choose ONE (1) company in Malaysia (Government or Private).
3. Please refer to the list below. It will guide your group to do a proper assignment. Marks will be
deducted to any group which not follow the list below:

PRESENTATION (5%):
I. Presentation on the findings of assignment’s report
II. Using power point or any visual aids (based on creativity in order to attract the audience)
III. Each group will do the presentation within 10-15 minutes.
IV. Presenter must wear formal attire during the presentation.
V. Presenters must prepare all the things before the presentation at least 5 minutes earlier.
