    1. What: Arrest of Wanted Person

    2. Where: New Public Market, Brgy. San Jose, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.

    3. When: At about 6:30PM of July 30, 2021

    4. Who: BENJAMINE TORRES LUMUGDANG @ “Arjay Lumugdang” (Rank No. 5


    MWP Municipal Level), 28 years old, single (with live-in partner), painter, a native of Sitio Sicud,
    Brgy. Candawaga, Rizal, Palawan and presently residing at New Public Market, Brgy. San Jose,
    Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.

    5. How: At about 6:30 PM of July 30, 2021, joint elements from Regional Special Concern
    Group (RSCG) MIMAROPA led by PLT MICHAEL B MONDIGO, under the direct supervision of
    PMAJ ELIOT ESPIRITU EUSEBIO, C, RSCG (Lead Unit), personnel from PS1 led by PCPT
    RAY ARON ELONA, COP, personnel from Bataraza MPS led by PCPT ARGIE M ESLAVA,
    OIC, PIU Palawan PPO and POP TF Palawan, arrested the above-named suspect at New
    Public Market, Brgy. San Jose, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan by virtue of warrant of arrest
    issued by Hon. Ramon Chito R. Mendoza, Presiding Judge, RTC BR 165 dated January 29,
    2020 for the crime of MURDER with Criminal Case Number 19-00349-BAT with No Bail
    recommended.

    6. Subject arrested person is now temporarily detained at Police Station 1, PPCPO for
    documentation and proper disposition. Further, said suspect will be turned-over to the Court of
    Origin.
