1. How do you deal with unfair practices in entrepreneurship?

As the phrase implies, unfair corporate practices include actions of bribery, misrepresentation,
or oppressive and unethical market activities by enterprises against customers or other businesses.
Because the scope of unfair business activities is broad, most courts fail to properly construe what
constitutes an unfair market conduct in the interest of justice. Consumers and other business owners
who have been damaged by unfair market activities will be adequately compensated through lawsuits.
However, before submitting a complaint, it's crucial to understand what constitutes deceptive market
practices - after all, there's no use in launching a case if there's no fraud. Whether you are a client or a
business owner who has been damaged by a company's dishonest business tactics, you have the right to
file a case in court. If your lawsuit is successful, you may be awarded compensatory damages, punitive
damages, and possibly attorney's fees.
