    Account Manager - Digital Analytics Consultant

    E-Nor Inc. - San Francisco Bay Area

    We are looking for an intelligent, customer-focused and data-driven analytics consultant to join E-Nor
    in an account management capacity. You’ll have the opportunity to work with smart folks, industry-
    veterans, hard-working and fun people.

    You’ll manage multiple clients on a daily basis and ensure their overall satisfaction. You’ll coordinate
    internal and external deliverables and act as a trusted advisor.

    What You’ll Do
    • Consult on Digital Analytics and Marketing Optimization for amazing organizations
    • Gather, articulate, interpret and document client business requirements
    • Provide business analysis and insights from multiple data sources
    • Implementation process – manage deliverables, scheduling, quality assurance +
    • Collaborate with diverse internal and external teams of Solutions Architects, Engineers,
    Developers, Senior Consultants, CMOs, Marketing Managers, etc.
    • Customer presentation and training
    • On-going support and maintenance of accounts

    What You Have


    • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
    • 5+ years hands-on relationship management experience
    • Proven success in client relationship, professional services and consulting
    • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
    • Hands-on knowledge of Google Analytics
    • Project Management aptitude
    • Desire to learn quickly in a new environment

    What We’d LOVE You to Have


    • Demonstrate thought leadership
    • Knowledge of Google Analytics implementations
    • Data analysis experience, strong analytics skills
    • Ability to interpret data on-the-fly
    • Familiarity with JavaScript/HTML/Web Technologies
    • Working knowledge with digital analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, MixPanel, etc.)
    • Active in the digital analytics community, know the major players and technologies
