This document summarizes the results of a quality control analysis of the weight of Shaft AX parts produced by machine CNC-01 in February 2019. The analysis included 20 sub-groups each containing 5 samples. The average weight was 499.030 grams with a range of 10.550 grams. The process is considered to be in control as the CP and CPK values of 1.84 and 1.77 respectively meet specifications.
