REFLECTION
We have learned how colorful, meaningful, artistic and graceful
our folk dances are .Each movement basically has a meaning .The
steps must also executed with grace .Instruction such as keeping
the body straight, standing tall ,smiling and keeping movements.
Light are included in the dance instruction. However they are
necessary.
Gracefulness plays an important part in dancing any folk dance.
This applies for both the girl and boy participants. Perhaps, it is
now time to check how we show gracefulness in our daily
activities so that being graceful can already be automatic in every
movement we make.
Maybe you can start practicing how to be graceful while sitting,
standing and walking. You can try doing this activity with partner
at the start so that someone can give you feedback. You may also
try to do this in front of full-length mirror if it is available. Later on
Apply what you think looks graceful every day.
