How did using this type of technology impact the company?

Manufacturing, communication, purchasing, sales, and advertising have all been made easier
and more successful for businesses because to technological advancements. They can be used
to create documents, capture photographs, and process transactions in the banking industry.
Apps for doing m-commerce have been developed by businesses.

Are there any issues when using this type of technology? Briefly explain your answer.

Businesses will also encounter technology problems with their software and hardware. It can be
a malfunctioning PC or software that fails to do its job properly. These involve your utilities, as
well as payments for suppliers. The same thing goes for your billing and invoicing requirements.
But through technology expense optimization, you can cut down expenses. You will also
increase your efficiency and productivity. With such a system in place, you can cut down your
paperwork. You can manage your bills and invoice much better. You will also reduce mistakes
and inaccuracies.

Would you recommend the use of this technology to other sectors? Justify your answer.

New “microwork” platforms, developed by companies like oDesk, Amazon and Samasource,
help to divide tasks into small components that can then be outsourced to contract workers.
The contractors are often based in emerging economies. Microwork platforms allow
entrepreneurs to significantly cut costs and get access to qualified workers.  ICT tools employed
within companies help to streamline business processes and improve efficiency. The
unprecedented explosion of connected devices throughout the world has created new ways for
businesses to serve their customers.

What do you think is the company’s possible future in using this technology?

Technological advancements such as artificial intelligence and cloud databases are rapidly
shaping an ever-evolving blueprint of how we conduct business in the future, regardless of
whether you’re a multinational company or a newly formed startup.  This could lead to saving
huge amounts of money. Cutting costs on managerial services by using software that gathers all
processes together and handles them at once represents a big step forward for the business
industry.
