Full Subtractor Circuit

1.0 Aim/Benefits of the Micro-Project (minimum 30-50 words)


In the present scenario most of the electronic equipment like computers, mobiles ATMs,
control circuits, etc. are based on digital circuits which the diploma electronic engineering
pass-outs have to test them. The knowledge of logic gates or combinational gates using ICs
or discrete gates will enable the students to understand the circuits and be able to develop
digital circuits based applications. In this microproject we will learn to build a
combinational logic circuit using basic gates that will help us in our practical life
applications.
2.0 Course Outcomes Addressed
a) Use Boolean expressions to realize logic circuits.
b) Build simple combinational circuits.
c) Build simple sequential circuits.
d) Test data converters and PLDs in digital electronics system.
e) Use number system and codes for interpreting working of digital system.
