THIS IS TO CERTIFY that AIREN JAIL G. LUMAPAS, 23 years


old, married and a resident of Zone 3 Mahigalaon, Barangay Bulatok Pagadian
City, was given authorization by ELMIE GALLEGA to utilize her disconnected
water connection located at the Barangay Road Right of way.

TO CERTIFY FUTHER that the Barangay Road Right of way where the
disconnected water connection was not used by the City Government and can be
occupied for as long as 5 – 10 years.

THIS CERTIFICATION is issued upon the request of the


above – named person for RECONNECTION OF PAWAD and for
whatever legal purposes it may serve.
