5 Instruction Manual (For Type5 BV)


1. Objective
This manual explains how to set the Tiny2.5.

2. Working procedure
2-1 Preparation

1）. Open the BOX

2）. Remove the plastic cover and sponges.

3）. Remove the wing bolt to connect the power cable.

If you detach the machine form the box, remove the other two wing bolts.
And detach the unit with holding the stay indicated below.

4）. Connect the USB cable and 24v cable for BV.

5). Set the cover and notes stopper.

1). Change the bracket position as below.

2). Set the BV and fix the left side screws.


No need to fix the right side.

3. Packing
Below are the check points when it is transported after data collection.

1). BV direction must be the forward direction and must be fixed by 3 screws.

Don’t tight the screw strongly.

2). Fix the wing bolt (four locations)


Refer the 2-1 3) for detail.

3) Close the top cover with attention to its direction.

The mark of the cover and base must be match
