Discussing the history of physical education and its health and skill related
factor
I. Course Outcome : CO1. Apply knowledge of activity patterns and optimizing
movement competence through foundation of play, movement and
motor skill.
II. Learning Outcome/s : LO1.2. Discuss the history of physical education and its health and
skill related factor associated with Health Related Quality of Life and
the importance of movement competency-fundamental motor skill,
weight management and body composition.
