The Reason To Open A Bank:

As we know, banking system plays an important role in the modern economic world.
Banks collect the savings of the individuals and lend them out to business people and
manufacturers. It is safe to keep money in banks. Especially in those areas where the
chances of earning are high such as cities that contain industries, markets, universities and
many more other sector that earn more money. By looking that particular point, there is specific
place in Lahore in which the banks should be open for the public. I would suggest that “New
Jail Road Kot Lakhpat” is the famous city of Lahore in which a large community and industries
exist. I noticed that there is no banks are open yet in the mentioned city of Lahore. I believe,
the bank will get a lot of benefit if we open a branch in this area. Because the community relay
want to save their money and want a profitable bank that can help to increase their business.
Along with that, there are hundreds such as “Haleeb”, “Olper”, “Al-Toheed” and many
mother other distributer that have 4 billion budget that want to hold money in bank.
Furthermore, there are also some small industries state, Rehmat town which is most
famous town in Bahria and Ithefaq factory that have so many clients in these sectors.
Most of the people go to out of city to deposit their money and they face so many
problems because they do not have nearby bank where they can deposit their money.
Therefore, the banks play an important role in the creation of new capital in our country
and thus help the growth process. I will provide the exact location and building which
is available to open bank. I strongly believe bank will get profit if they open bank in
specified place because people have too much money but they don’t have trusty bank
where they can save their money. According to my observation almost 10 billion
Pakistani Rupees can be transferred annually. You can visit that place and observe
all situation.

The banking sector is an industry and a section of the economy devoted to the holding
of financial assets for others and investing those financial assets as a leveraged way
to create more wealth. The sector also includes the regulation of banking activities by
government agencies, insurance, mortgages, investor services, and credit cards.

There are special types of banks which provide facilities to different kinds of economic
activities. Bank should be open that place where large community exist that have such
budget to improve their life. Because location and site selection impact sales volumes
in a big way. The banking system can create money. When business expands, more
money is needed for exchange transactions. Bank money can be increased quickly
and used when there is need of more money. Thus, I strongly believe that opening a
bank in this specified place will get more change to make sophisticated business.

I will provided location and all service that require to open branch in this cite. Because
my main aim to help people so they can safe their money and get more facilities in
developed area but it could not be possible without your help.
