    Date: 06/01/2022
    Instructions for the shortlisted candidates

    All the shortlisted candidates for the admission in LL.M. Ist semester, academic session-
    2021-22 are hereby informed that they must deposit the fee (as per prospectus) online on or
    before the last date for confirmation of admission in the course.

    The last date for fees submission is 12.01 .2022.

    Please Note: - (The merit list is prepared based on the soft copy of the documents uploaded
    by the candidates on the Samarth Portal- www.hnbgu.samarth.ac.in. In case any discrepancy
    found later at the time of physical verification with original documents the admission will be
    cancelled and NO claim shall be entertained in this regard)
    1. These admissions are strictly provisional & will confirm only after physical verification
    of all relevant / required documents.
    2. Candidates have to provide the original documents during physical verification of documents
    (High School, Inter Mark Sheets & Graduation Mark and Law (3 Years or Integrated Law
    Course) Mark Sheets, DoB Certificate) SC, ST, OBC, EWS (if applicable) and Weightage
    Certificate.
    3. The candidates have to submit one set of self-attested photocopy of all above documents and
    Original of Transfer Certificate (TC), Character Certificate (CC), Migration Certificate &
    original Police Verification (for outside Uttarakhand state candidates) and Affidavit for gap
    year period (if applicable) and Anti-Ragging Affidavit by the Candidate and Parent and other
    required documents during the physical verification process.
    4. Admission & other Fees are as admissible in the PROSPECTUS 2021-22 of the University.
    6. Candidates have to submit admission fee through online mode using their user ID, on or
    before dated 12.01.2022. Fee submission receipt must be uploaded on email-
    [email protected].
