5. Operation guide
CAUTION
This dispenser is intended for water dispensing only. Do NOT use other liquids. Do NOT use for other purposes. Warranty
is void if used for any other liquids including coffee, tea, juices, beer or wine.
This dispenser has been designed to use water bottles with a 3, 5 or 5.2 gallon capacity. Do NOT use alternative bottles.

Initial Set Up
Do NOT plug in until steps 1-3 are completed.

1. Allow unit to sit upright for 4 hours. A


2. Set probe length.
• If using a 5 gallon round bottle, use the probe as it is supplied.
• If using a 5 gallon rectangular bottle, use the probe as it is supplied.
• If using a 3 gallon bottle, remove section B. Save for future use.
3. Install bottle.
• Open door and place fresh bottle in front of tray. B
• Clean fresh bottle with a soft cloth and warm soapy water then inse.
• Remove entire plastic cap from top of bottle.
• Insert probe into bottle.
• Push down on probe until it is seated.
NOTICE: When using a 5 gallon rectangular bottle, slide into place as shown in llustration below.
4. Plug cord into a properly grounded wall outlet.

• Water will be pumped into hot and cold water reservoirs from the bottle.
5. Turn energy saving switches on back of dispenser to ON.
• The red switch controls the heating of water. If you do not want hot water, leave this switch OFF
• The blue switch controls the cooling of water. If you do not want cold water, leave this switch OFF.

Notice:
• It will take up to 3 minutes for the reservoirs to load.
• Diring the use pump will come on to refill the tanks ,This is normal.

CAUTION
Initial Rinsing of Water Lines
This unit has been tested and sanitized prior to packing and shipping. During transit
dust and odors can accumulate in the tank and lines. fill with water.wait for 30 minutes,Dispense
classes of hot water and 6 glasses of cold water.

Dispense Cold Water


Note: After setup, it will take 1 hour to get water to cold temperature. During this time the compressor may run
continuously. This is normal.
1. Position bottle, glass, pitcher or cooking pot securely below cold water tap.
• The right triangle below the cold water control indicates the location of the cold water tap.
• The circular shapes in the drip plate help align the flow of water. This unit dispenses water at a fast rate. To avoid
splashes, hold cup as close to the tap as possible.
2. Depress right control downward to start flow.
3. Release control once desired fill level is achieved.

Dispense Hot Water

This unit dispenses water at temperatures that can cause severe burns. Avoid direct contact with hot water. Keep children
and pets away from unit while dispensing. Never allow children to dispense hot water without proper and direct supervision.
Note: After setup, hot water will be available in 15-20 minutes.
1. Position bottle, glass, pitcher or cooking pot securely below hot water tap.
• The left triangle below the hot water control indicates the location of the hot water tap.
• The circular shapes in the drip plate help align the flow of water. This unit dispenses water at a fast rate. To avoid
splashes, hold cup as close to the tap as possible.
2. Push hot water release button (red) inward and depress control downward to start flow.
3. Release control once desired fill level is achieved.

Replace an Empty Bottle


Notice: When your bottle is empty the dispenser will beep intermittently and the LED light of EMPTY BOTTLE will blink
until a fresh bottle is connected.
You may also hear a sucking sound when the bottle empties. This is normal and is another way to be alerted that your
bottle is empty.
Replace empty bottle as soon as you notice it is empty. If unavailable, leave door ajar or unplug cooler to stop beeping
noise and flashing lights.
There may be a small amount of water left in the bottle. This is normal, if you need assistance please contact customer
service.
1. Open door and slide bottle out.
2. Remove probe from bottle:
• Pull probe straight up until completely out of bottle.
•hang probe on the door.
3. Install fresh bottle:

• Place fresh bottle in front of tray.


• Clean fresh bottle with a soft cloth and warm soapy water then wepe with clean wet colth.
• Remove entire plastic cap from top of bottle.
• Insert probe into bottle.
• Push down on probe until it is seated.
• Slide bottle onto tray and close door completely.

6. Precautions

To reduce risk of injury and property damage, user must read this entire manual before assembling, installing & operating
dispenser.
Failure to execute the instructions in this manual can cause personal injury or property damage.

7. Assembly drawing and part list

WARNING
This product dispenses water at very high temperatures. Failure to use properly can cause personal injury.
When operating this dispenser, always exercise basic safety precautions, including the following:
• Prior to use, this dispenser must be properly assembled and installed in accordance with this manual.
• This dispenser is intended for water dispensing only. Do NOT use other liquids. Do NOT use for other
purposes. Never use any other liquid in the dispenser other than known and microbiologically safe bottled
water. Warranty is void if used for any other liquids including coffee, tea, juices, beer or wine.
• For indoor use only. Keep water dispenser in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Do NOT use outdoors.
• Install and use only on a hard, flat and level surface.
• Do NOT place dispenser into an enclosed space or cabinet.
• Do NOT operate dispenser in the presence of explosive fumes.
• Position back of dispenser no closer than 4 inches from wall and permit free airflow between wall and
dispenser. There must be at least 4 inches clearance on the sides of the dispenser to permit airflow.
• Use only properly grounded outlets.
• Do not use an extension cord with your water dispenser.
• Always grasp plug and pull straight out from outlet. Never unplug by pulling on power cord.
• Do NOT use dispenser if cord becomes frayed or otherwise damaged.
• To protect against electric shock, do NOT immerse cord, plug, or any other part of cooler in water or other
liquids.
• Ensure dispenser is unplugged prior to cleaning.
• Never allow children to dispense hot water without proper and direct supervision. Unplug unit to prevent
unsupervised use by children.

How to change parts


CAUTION: UNPLUG POWER BEFOREDOING SERVICE

1. Change fuse
1.1 Screw out the fuse cap
1.2 Take out the fuse
1.3 Change a new one and screw on the cap.

2. Change power switch(es)


2.1 Take off the control box by unscrewing 6 bolts
2.2 Pull off the wires to Switch(es) NOTE: The lock on the female terminal need to be pressed down before pull out the wire
connector.
2.3 Take out the switch(es)
2.4 Change new ones
2.5 Plug the wires back
2.6 Check the wire connection then screw on the control box cover

3. Change transformer NOTE: Make sure the static protection is equipped before
doing service to protect control board.
3.1 Take off the control box cover by unscrewing 2 bolts
3.2 Take off the Control board from the plastic standoffs, then take off 2 wires by using iron.
3.3 Pull off 2 wires with connectors to other wires or control board. NOTE: The lock on the female terminal need to be
pressed down before pull out the wire connector.
3.4 Unscrew 2 bolts then take out the transformer
3.5 Change a new one
3.6 Connect wires
3.7 Install the control box cover back

4. Change control boards Inside the control box NOTE: Make sure the static
protection is equipped before doing service to protect control board.
4.1 Take off the control box cover by unscrewing 2 bolts
4.2 Pull off all wires on the board
4.3 Take out the control board and change a new one
4.4 Connect the wires back and double check with the wire connection drawing
4.5 Plug in the water dispenser and test if it work properly.
4.6 Install the control box cover back.

5. Change float cover


5.1 Take off the control box cover by unscrewing 2 bolts
5.2 Pull the wires off from the control board by pressing down the lock.
5.3 Open the top cover by unscrewing 2 bolts on the back.
5.4 Take out the float cover by unscrewing 2 bolts, take away the glue.
5.5 Change a new float cover and glue it after installation.
5.6 Connect the wire and do the test before closing the top cover.
5.7 Install the top cover back
5.8 Install the control box cover back.

6. Change drain seal and cap


6.1 Open the door to Stop pumping water
6.2 Unscrew on bolt then take out the drain cap
6.3 Pull out the seal. CAUTION: Water may be hot!

6.4 Change new seal and cap.


6.5 Close the door.

7. Change hot tank assembly


7.1 Switch off the hot tank and drain out water from the drain cap.
7.2 Open an angle for the condenser by unscrewing 6 bolts on the back.
7.3 Remove the door hinge plate by unscrewing 3 bolts, remove the door rope then remove the door.
7.4 Unscrew the bolts for front panel from the front and back, then take off the front panel.
7.5 Unscrewing 3 bolts out from the front to remove the hot tank assembly
7.6 Pull out 3 silicone tubes from the hot tank. CAUTION : Do not scratch the silicone tubes.
7.7 Pull off the wires by pressing down the locks.
7.8 Change a new hot tank assembly, and connect the wires, then plug back the silicone tubes with a little water as
lubrication. CAUTION: Do not twist the silicone tubes
7.9 Make sure the the hot tank is switched off by switch or the touch panel on the LCD panel then plug in power and
7.10 Press down the door switch by hand and let dispenser pump water into the hot tank.
7.11 Draw water out from the hot tap to check the water flow. And check if there is water leak by hand light.
7.12 Install the front panel back, then condenser and door.

8. Change pump
8.1 Open the door and Pull out the silicone tube.
8.2 Unscrew 4 bolts.
8.3 Change a new pump into the housing.
8.4 Plug in the silicone tube
8.5 Connect the wires and then plug in power, drain a few cups water from the taps, then press down the door switch to see
if it is works.

9. Change probe assembly


9.1 Open the door then take out the bottle with probe assembly.
9.2 Unscrew the nut on the probe assembly then pull up the probe assembly.
9.3 Pull out the silicone tube then remove the PE tubes.
9.4 Change a new probe assembly and plug PE tubes on it .
9.5 Pull on the silicone tube then fix the water pipe
9.6 Close the door and test if it works properly.

10. Change water tap buttons


10.1 Remove 2 bolts on the back then take off the top cover by gentle hitting from the back with hand.
10.2 Remove the tap buttons and place the new buttons on the pushers and align with the holes on the top cover.
10.3 Close the top cover and test the tap button to see how do they work then screw on the bolts.

11. Change water taps


11.1 Remove the top cover by unscrewing 2 bolts at back.
11.2 Remove the door hinge plate by unscrewing 3 bolts, remove the door rope then remove the door.
11.3 Take off the top front panel by unscrewing 2 bolts. NOTE: The top front panel has wires connect with the
dispenser, hang it on the dispenser properly to avoid damage of wires.
11.4 Take out the water tap by tipping over unclockwisely.
11.5 Pull off the silicone tubes.
11.6 Connect the silicone tubes into the new taps with water as lubrication. CAUTION: Do not twist the tubes.

11.7 Check the tubes make sure no twisting then Press down the new water taps into the grooves firmly.
11.8 Install the top front panel back, then connect the tap pusher and tap stick in place. CAUTION: Do not forget to install
the tap pusher and tap stick!
11.9 Install the door back.

12. Change top cover


12.1 Remove 2 bolts on the back then take off the top cover by gentle hitting from the back with hand (there are 2 hooks at
the front).
12.2 Change a new top cover,.
12.3 Press down the top cover in place, then screw on 2 bolts from the back.

13. Change top front panel assembly


13.1 Remove 2 bolts on the back then take off the top cover by gentle hitting from the back with hand(there are 2 hooks at
the front).
13.2 Remove the door hinge plate by unscrewing 3 bolts, remove the door rope then remove the door.
13.3 FOR MODEL WITHOUT DISPLAY: Unscrewing 2 bolts of the front top panel, then take off the panel gently.
CAUTION: there is wire connect between the top front panel and water dispenser.
13.4 Insert the hooks of the new top front panel assembly into the holes on the side panel, then screw on the bolts on the
top.
13.5 Connect the tap pusher and tap stick in place.
13.6 Install the top cover, front panel and door back.

14. Change door assembly


14.1 Take off the door rope by unscrewing one bolt on the door.
14.2 Remove the door hinge plate by unscrewing 3 bolts.
14.3 Take away the door together with the hinge plate.
14.4 Plug the door shaft and hinge plate into the new door.
14.5 Install the new door together with shaft and hinge plate,
then screw on the bolt for door rope.
14.6 Close the door check the gaps and if it works properly.

15. Change LED PCB panel


15.1 Remove the insert panel.
15.2 Pull off the LED wire connector by pressing the lock.
15.3 Unscrew 2 bolts and take out the LED PCB assembly then change a new one.

16. Change insert panel (with LED)


16.1 Remove the insert panel the hooks at the bottom.
16.2 Take the insert panel panel out gently.
16.3 Pull off the LED wire connector by pressing the lock.
16.4 Unscrew 2 bolts and take out the LED PCB assembly .
16.5 To change insert panel: install the control board in place by hooks first with static protection equipments, then plug all
the wire connectors.
16.6 Insert 2 hooks of the insert panel to the Top front panel on the top first, then press down, the lower hooks will be
clicked in at the bottom.

17. Change hot tank silicone tubes


17.1 Open the condenser by unscrewing 6 bolts from the back.
17.2 Drain water out from the drain cap. CAUTION: water maybe hot!
17.3 Take off the silicone tubes from the hot tank and plastic fittings.
17.4 Change new silicone tube and check if they are twisted.
17.5 Plug in power and pump water into hot tank to see if there is leaking.
17.6 Install the condenser with 6 bolts.

18. Change hot tank temp sensor


18.1 Open the condenser by unscrewing 6 bolts.
18.2 Remove the door together with the hinge plate.
18.3 Remove the middle panel.
18.4 Unplug the wire connectors and silicone tubes from the hot tank.
18.5 Take off the hot tank assembly by unscrewing out 3 bolts.
18.6 Take off the thermostat cover on the side and on the bottom of the hot tank.
18.7 Check the thermostat and change new ones. Use thermostat holder to fix the thermostat when bolting on the new
thermostat on the side.
18.8 Install the thermostat cover(s) back.
18.9 Plug the silicone tube and wires back.
18.10 Install all the panels and condenser back.

19. How to Connect / disconnect the quick connector and tubes


19.1 Take out the fork。
19.2 Press down the collet then pull the tube out。
19.3 Cut a chamfer by pencil sharpener at the end of the PE tube before
