Studied the existing assembly method for the Trunnion mounted ball valve and designed a fixture, to improve the
assembly rate, using Pro-Engineer and performed stress analysis using Ansys.
Created a prototype of the fixture for easy valve seat mounting, which after a series of experiments demonstrated a
16.67% decrease in overall assembly time, also contributing to a reduced cost.
