In regard with the Proclamation No. 986, from the Office of the President it is stated the
observance of the following REGULAR & SPECIAL (NON WORKING) HOLIDAY for the year 2021.
(see the attached file)

FOR REGULAR (NON-WORKING) HOLIDAY for manpower is a no work with pay policy. And
double pay will apply for working employee with consideration and approval.

FOR SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) HOLIDAY is a 2 hrs. shorten only.
