Data Analysis

Frequency average of the responses was counted based on survey response. To locate
quantitative information about the respondents that participated in the study and it will
illustrate the general findings on the various variable inside the study. This method involves
percentage and tables to help the researchers for the summarization of very large quantities of
response. The data gathered in the survey will be read carefully to generate the value of the
information collected. The responses were edited for grammatical issue, information
coherence, precision and presented in tables to triangulate the data obtained though the
administration of the close ended instruments, which is quantitative responses collected. The
responses organized by its form and respondents information is hidden to ensure the security
of their profile. It used tables, frequencies and percentage.

Research Design

This study used a quantitative research design. Quantitative research design defines as a
method of collecting large size of data concentrating in the quantity response. The researchers
gathered data and interpreted what they have found. The researchers used this research design
to understand the views of the respondents towards the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on
the business operations of small-scale restaurants in Obando, Bulacan.
