INTRODUCTION TO THE COMPANY :
Nestle is one of the leading food company in the world. Since it was up by
Henri Nestle to provide an infant food product. It was highly specialized in
providing a high quality and consumer focused products. Recently it was
focusing to became a nutrition, health and wellness company. Wellness is
nothing but the keeping the customer more healthy.
The objective of the desserttion is to find out accurate result for the existing
problem. The major objective of this studys are
• To identify the information technology that is used in human resource
development in the manufacturing so study
• To know the human resource has developd in the company after
implementation of IT
• To explore analyse and describe HRD practices in the Nestle.
BACKGROUND OF THE THEORY
Work / Life in balances consists of the implementation of working
arrangements and policies which assist the customer in other aspect of the
life. Employers will be motivate by these polices and committed to work in a
better way.
The major concept of the work life is the employer gives the employee to do
abilty of the work in and out of the work
LITERATURE REVIEW:
Taylor (1967) says it’s the identify of the working life as job factors and
working condition and the nature of the job work itself. They suggest the a
number of other aspects can be added, included, individual power, employee
participate in the management fairness and equity. Taylor suggested that
relevant working life may vary according to the organization an employee
group
Mirvis and Lawler, (1990 ) suggested the workers can be get satisfied with
the wages, hours and working condition describing the basic elements of a
good life as safe work environment equal wages equal employment
opportunities for advancement.
Thus some authors have emphasized the workplace aspects in working life
relevance of personality factor psychologicall well being and broader
concept of happiness and life satisfaction factors may obviously and directly
affect the focus of attention as research has try to teace up the working life in
the work place
Baba and Jamal (1991) listed what they described as the working life
including job satisfaction job involvement work role conflict work load over
load job stress organizational commitment and turn over intention
Some have argued that the working life may be vary between group of
workers for example Ellis and pomli (2003) identified a number of factors
contributing to job dissatisfaction and working in life in nurses including
poor working environment, Resident aggression workload unablee to deliver
care preferred Balance of shift family and involvement in decision making
Sirgy (2002) et al suggested the working life are they need a job satisfaction
based on job requirements. Satisfaction is need on work environment
supervisory behaviour and organization commitment.
Work life balance is not a unitary concept but has been a incorporating a
hierarchy included work based factors such as job satisfaction satisfaction
with pay and relationships with work colleagues but also factors that broadly
reflect life satisfaction and general feelings of well being more recently work
related stress and the relationship between work an non work life
QUALITATIVE RESARCH
The qualitative research has used into this study to explore more quality of
data and use of this research. The qualitative research is most probably
collected in the personal interviews and secondary data The non numerical
data is consider as the qualitative research. The qualitative research is mostly
used in the review of the literature. Kothari (2007)
QUANTITATIVE RESEARCH
INDUCTIVE:
Deductive:
The data will be collected in the various source like primary data and the
secondary data The data collection imethod is laso determining the sample
size of the research study. Alan Bryman Emma Bell (2003)
PRIMARY DATA
The primary data is also one of the collection on method from the survey or
from questionnaire as raw data are the information collect first time on the
research study.
And also the fresh data can be collected from the interiews emails etc..and
this survey will help to make the research study more effective. In this
research I have chosen a questionnaire methid to analyse the whole topic.
Alan Bryman Emma Bell (2003)
SAMPLE SIZE
The sample size of this research study is sixty employees. It has a judgement
sampling method to make the sample effective analysis. I have choosen a
sixty employees to analyse the human resource management by using
information technology into the organization.
Questionnaire method:
The questionnaire method is one of the primary method to analyse and give
a right result to the existing problem. The most common method used in this
is questionnaire method and it help to analyse the more information in this
research study. In this questionnaire method they want to use close ended
method. It gives more structural formation to analyse whole thing into my
dessertiation. Alan Bryman Emma Bell (2003)
Few questionnaires are given below that I have used into this dissertation.
2. Do you agree that the IT applications are very helpful to the Human
resource management
3. What is the IT applications are are used in the Human resource
management
4. How far the IT application is using into the human resource development
SECONDARY:
The secondary data is used in the report to find out the accurate result for the
existing problem. The secondary data mostly used for the review of
literature. These secondary are most probally collect from the magazines,
various websites research book text book historical data of the company.
Alan Bryman Emma Bell.
ADVANTAGE OF THIS STUDY:
1. The data analyse is going to analyse from the statistical tools like
percentage analysis and chi square analysis
2. This study has to be analysed and makes a clear data what the researcher
are going to extract
3. This study Is also used by the both primary and the secondary data to
analyse
