Strategy Type:
ST situation - maxi-mini strategy
The source of the company's development difficulties here is the unfavorable
system of external conditions (predominance of threats). The company can
oppose it with great internal potential and try to overcome threats
using its strengths to the maximum.

Actions that the company can take, considering the results of the
SWOT analysis to improve its position:
Specific planning to address the risks and threats to big companies like Apple
should be based on the positioning of the company in the market, play to the
strengths of the organization, and flexible enough to be adjusted in real-time as
needed due to the ever-changing nature of real-world threats. However, there are
several categories that apply to most businesses. Earning a name in the market
did wonders for Apple and the key to building a good reputation is addressing the
concerns of your customers., therefore, they are able to identify any weakness as
soon as it arises and prioritize which one depending on the order or level of risk
posed to the company. Because the economy is always changing, more so at
varying speeds from industry to industry, Apple should constantly monitor the
threats that it faces within its environment and come up with an effective
strategy to manage these threats.
