The Periodic Table-Mind Map

The periodic table organizes elements based on their atomic structure and properties. Early periodic tables were incomplete but helped identify patterns in properties of elements. Modern periodic tables are structured with elements in groups that have similar properties arranged in order of atomic number, with each period representing a new shell of electrons. The position of an element on the periodic table can be used to predict its reactivity and chemical properties.
