INTRODUCTION
Work Immersion prepares students for employment. My personal philosophy when it

comes to education and learning is closely related to several cognitive theories of
motivation. I believe that what goes in the classroom is my responsibility, and by
working with students, all of us can create an ideal environment for education, safety,
understanding, fun and exciting opportunities to leason. By keeping things optinustically,
I hold on to the idea that learners will end up learning more and getting more out of
each and every lesson.

1. If your colleagues had an opportunity to tell us your primary strength what would
that be?Your primary weakness-what would that be?
- My strength is my determination in all aspect of life. I am a strong person believing

that I can move mountains, I’m passionate and choosen to what I do that is why I
can impress many different trials because of this determination to succeed in life. My
weakness is my family being a family oriented, I am always looking forward that my
family is always okey and not in bad situation.
2. What do you do when others resist of reject your ideas or actions?
- If others reject my ideas then I would accept in whole heartedly and work more
further because at the end of the day I am not perfect but I’ll use it as a challenge to
further enhance and have my capabilities as a person.
3. What is your interpretation of “success?”
- Success is one’s willingness to undergo defeat, sometimes we fail because it is

one way of leading us to success. It is a process of doing anything past to achieve
want we want in life just like Thomas Edison, that he failed 10,000 times before he
got to master in inventing the light bulb and become super successful in life.
4. Tell me about a time when you where a part of a great team. What was your part
in the success of your team?
- When we are making a performance task/projects in school, I am the leader and I

hanve many members. What makes us successful in our project is that, I designated
the task to each member of the group. We solicit each other’s idea and we worked
hard together to finish and submit our activity and that makes us successful.
5. How would you describe an ideal work immersion supervisor?
- An ideal work immersion supervisor is someone that is emphatetic to his/her job

ready to check our works and give us the right things to do. Ready to listen and is
hands-on to teach and correct ones mistakes. I believe a supervisor is not just on
top but is ready to step down to our level so that he/she knows how to deal with
his/her subordinates.
6. Suppose you are in a situation where deadlines and priorities change frequently
and rapidly. How would you handle it?
- As a teacher, we need to become flexible and be ready at all times. It gives a

change rapidly because of some reasons then we need to comply and make the
most out of it. We teachers should be every ready at all times.
