    ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE MANAGEMENT (OBM345)

    GROUP PROJECT OFFICE CAMPAIGN POSTER (20%)

    Theme:
    “Office Design Trends in Post Covid-19 World”

    Introduction

    This group project is assigned to the student for them to create a conducive office
    ambient aligned with the syllabus - Chapter 5: Office Environment and the new norms
    that currently affect worldwide.

    For that reason, each group are required to design an office layout that fulfilled the
    criteria of good office environment and the new norms which might include the need of
    temperature check, MySejahtera check-in signage, hand and office sanitation and social
    distancing.

    Please follow the instructions closely to fulfill the requirements of this project.

    GUIDELINES FOR POSTER/PRESENTATION

    A. Preliminary Preparation

    Find as much as articles/studies/ regarding office layout and new norms to get the idea
    on designing the good office layout. Come up with a draft first to sketch your ideas.
    Transform a revised draft into a poster.

    B. Organization of the poster/presentation.


    (a) The poster needs to include the following information:
    (i) Project title
    -Identify the title. (Poster)

    (ii) Abstract
    -Briefly describe the introduction. (Presentation)
    -State the introduction. (Poster)
    (iii) Layout view
    -Design the layout of office. (Poster)
    -Explain the layout of office. (Presentation)

    iv) Conclusions
    -The information/knowledge you want the audience to bring home.
    (Poster & Presentation)

    v) References
    -APA style (Poster only)
    - Minimum 5 references

    (iv) Group members name and matrix numbers with class.

    C. Design and Creativity (Poster & Slide Presentation)


    (a) You can use diagrams/infographics/illustrations/images/tables to present
    your topic.
    (b) You can play around with colors, and the design concept should reflect
    your topic.
    (c) Avoid using lengthy words and too many wordings to elaborate your topic.
    (d) Limit your poster to ONE (1) page ONLY.
    (e) Make sure your poster is READABLE (pdf/others).

    D. Poster
    a) Each group needs to provide one poster (pdf format).
    b) You may use the poster template provided by your lecture.
    c) Please rename your file as: GROUP PROJECT_leader’s nama_group

    E. Video Presentation
    (a) Based on your creativity, present your poster by using the video group
    presentation. The duration is between 7 to 10 minutes. Make sure to involve
    all your members and must discuss all contents from your campaign poster.
    (b) Present and show the office layout in detail.
    (c) The video must be interesting and creative. The more creative you are, the
    more marks will be given.
    (d) Students should dress appropriately (formal attire) during the presentation
    or if using infographic video, ensure the video is well designed.
    (e) Please rename your file as: GROUP PROJECT_leader’s nama_group
