Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 (EVNPECC4),

formerly known as Southern Power Planning and Designing
Sub-Institute, was founded in 1976 with the mission of renovating,
restoring and reconstructing the power system for Southern provinces in
Vietnam so as to meet people’s living needs and restore the postwar
economy. Up until now, EVNPECC4 has become one of the leading power
engineering consulting companies in Vietnam.

With 45 years of experience in power engineering consulting field,

EVNPECC4 has developed a workforce of highly professional officers and
engineers who are capable of researching and consulting on economic –
technical - technological solutions for energy projects contributing to the
enhancement of Vietnam power system’s effectiveness, stability and
reliability.
